Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.超音波検査による医療診断用途の超音波プローブであって、 電気的な刺激に反応して超音波伝送信号を発生し、観察媒体で反射された受信 信号を受ける超音波センサ(10:10a,10b,A,B)を備え、 前記超音波センサが、搬送装置(12)内に保持されており、前記観察媒体に 前記伝送信号を結合させる結合および伝送手段(14)を有し、 前記伝送信号が、周波数範囲で互いに分離した少なくとも2つの別個の信号を 含む多周波信号であり、 前記反射された受信信号を前記別個の信号と比較して評価する手段を備え、 前記超音波センサが、信号を発生する単結晶(10)を有し、その単結晶には 、その共振周波数あたりで多周波信号が複数の搬送周波と同時にかつ同期して作 用し、 前記単結晶が、前記観察媒体から離れた背面に、所定の方法で帯域幅および/ または前記共振周波数に作用する金属またはガラス製の適合部材(20)を有し ている超音波プローブ。 2.超音波検査による医療診断用途の超音波プローブであって、 電気的な刺激に反応して超音波伝送信号を発生し、観察媒体で反射された受信 信号を受ける超音波センサ(10:10a,10b,A,B)を備え、 前記超音波センサが、搬送装置(12)内に保持されており、前記観察媒体に 前記伝送信号を結合させる結合および伝送手段(14)を有し、 前記伝送信号が、周波数範囲で互いに分離した少なくとも2つの別個の信号で あってそれぞれの搬送周波と同時のかつ同期した信号を含む多周波信号であり、 前記反射された受信信号を前記別個の信号と比較して評価する手段を備え、 前記超音波センサが、前記別個の信号と同数の単結晶からなるサンドイッチ構 造(10a,10b)を有し、それらの単結晶は、照射方向において互いに表面 が接するように配置され、 前記サンドイッチ構造が、前記観察媒体から離れた背面に、金属またはガラス 製の適合部材(20)を有している超音波プローブ。 3.超音波検査による医療診断用途の超音波プローブであって、 電気的な刺激に反応して超音波伝送信号を発生し、観察媒体で反射された受信 信号を受ける超音波センサ(10:10a,10b,A,B)を備え、 前記超音波センサが、搬送装置(12)内に保持されており、前記観察媒体に 前記伝送信号を結合させる結合および伝送手段(14)を有し、 前記伝送信号が、周波数範囲で互いに分離した少なくとも2つの別個の信号で あってそれぞれの搬送周波と同時のかつ同期した信号を含む多周波信号であり、 前記反射された受信信号を前記別個の信号と比較して評価する手段を備え、 前記超音波センサが、前記別個の信号を発生する複数のピエゾ電気結晶(A, B)を有し、それらの結晶が、前記結合手段(14)において互いに隣接するよ うにモザイク状に保持されている超音波プローブ。 4.請求項3において、 前記ピエゾ電気結晶が4つであり、前記結合手段の導入面に対して四角状に配 置され、2つの共振周波数をもつように1対ずつに組み合わされている超音波プ ローブ。 5.請求項3または4において、 前記ピエゾ電気結晶の主たる照射方向が、前記結合手段の導入面に対 し、それぞれ傾斜角を有しており、各傾斜角が、前記観察媒体中の所定の深さに 前記ピエゾ電気結晶の各前記伝送信号が焦点を結ぶように、それぞれ設定されて いる超音波プローブ。 6.請求項5において、 前記観察媒体中の所定の深さが、40mm以上80mm以下である超音波プロ ーブ。 7.超音波検査による医療診断用途の超音波プローブであって、 電気的な刺激に反応して超音波伝送信号を発生し、観察媒体で反射された受信 信号を受ける超音波センサ(38−42)を備え、 前記超音波センサが、搬送装置(46)内に保持されており、前記観察媒体に 前記伝送信号を結合させる結合および伝送手段(44)を有し、 前記超音波センサが、信号を発生する複数の単結晶を有し、それらの単結晶が 、未端において超音波信号のための共通で連続した導入面を形成し、共通のレン ズ部材の下で互いに隣接するように配置されている超音波プローブ。 8.請求項7において、 前記超音波センサが、2つの周波数範囲に対応するために、伝送端に2つの単 結晶と、受信端に2つの単結晶とを有し、それらの単結晶が、前記導入面におい て扇形をなしている超音波プローブ。 9.請求項1ないし8のいずれかにおいて、 前記多重周波信号が、互いに倍音関係にない2つの搬送周波を有している超音 波プローブ。 10.請求項9において、 前記多重周波信号が、2MHzおよび2.5MHzの搬送周波、または、1. 7MHzおよび2.4MHzの搬送周波を有している超音波プローブ。
