Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ポリオレフィンを製造するための方法であって、 不活性液体中で、 式NiAQ(I)またはL5L6NiAQ(VIII)の第1の化合物と、 式(t−ブチル)2PEP(t−ブチル)2(II)または(t−ブチル)3P (III)の第2の化合物と、 A-またはQ-を引き抜いてアニオンWA-またはWQ-を形成する能力を持つ中 性ルイス酸である第3の化合物W(IV)とを、WA-またはWQ-が弱く配位す るアニオンであるという条件で、接触させることにより重合触媒系を形成するス テップと、 前記重合触媒系を、エチレンと、またはエチレンとα−オレフィン類、内部オ レフィン、シクロペンテン、ノルボルネン類、またはスチレン類との混合物と、 接触させるステップとを含み、 ただし、前記エチレンと、またはエチレンとクロペンテン、ノルボルネン類、 またはスチレン類との混合物との接触は、約−20℃から約+70℃の温度で行 うことを条件とし、 (t−ブチル)3Pが存在するとき、1種またはそれ以上のα−オレフィン類 、内部オレフィン、スチレン類、ノルボルネン類またはシクロペンテンも存在し 、 QおよびAが、いずれもヒドロカルビルまたはハイドライドでないとき、Wが 、ヒドロカルビルまたはハイドライド基をNiに移動させる能力を有し、 上式で、 L5およびL6はそれぞれ独立に、中性配位子と弱く配位する単座配位子である か、またはL5およびL6が一緒になって、中性配位子と弱く配位する2座配位子 であり、 Qは、1価アニオン、 Aは、1価アニオン、 Eは、−CH2−、−O−、または−NH−であり、Pがである方法。 2. ポリオレフィンを製造するための方法であって、 不活性液体中で、約−20℃から約+70℃の温度で、式[L1L2L3L4Ni]+ X-(VI)の化合物を、エチレンと、またはエチレンおよびα−オレフィン類 、内部オレフィン、シクロペンテン、ノルボルネン類、またはスチレン類と接触 させるステップを含み、上式で L1およびL2は一緒になって、(t−ブチル)2PEP(t−ブチル)2(II )であり、またL1およびL2が共に(t−ブチル)3P(III)であり、また はL1は(t−ブチル)3P(III)で、L2は空の配位座、エチレンまたはエ チレンによって置換されてもよい中性単座配位子であり、 Eが、−CH2−、−O−、または−NH−で、Pはであり、 L3およびL4が一緒になって、π−アリルまたはπ−ベンジル基であり、L3 はエチレンであり、L4はモノアニオン−R1R2であり、またはL3はエチレンを 横切って付加することができるモノアニオン基であり、L4はエチレンで置換さ れてもよい中性配位基またはニッケル周囲の空の配位座であり、またはL3およ びL4が一緒になって、モノアニオンのオリゴマーの反発的な基であり、 Xは、相対的に非配位のアニオン、 R1は、ポリマーアルキレン基、 R2は、ポリマー末端基であり、 ただし、(t−ブチル)3Pが存在するとき、1種またはそれ以上のα−オレ フィン類、内部オレフィン、シクロペンテン、ノルボルネン類またはスチレン類 も存在することを条件とする方法。 3. 式[L1L2L3L4Ni]+X-(VI)の化合物であって、 上式で L1およびL2が一緒になって、(t−ブチル)2PEP(t−ブチル)2(II )であり、またはL1およびL2が共に(t−ブチル)3P(III)であり、ま たはL1が(t−ブチル)3P(III)であり、L2が空の配位座、エチレンま たはエチレンによって置換されてもよい中性単座配位子であり、 Eは、−CH2−、−O−または−NH−であり、Pであり、 L3およびL4が一緒になって、π−アリルまたはπ−ベンジル基であり、また はL3がエチレンであり、L4がモノアニオン−R1R2であり、またはL3が、エ チレンを横切って付加することができるモノアニオン基であり、L4がエチレン で置換されてもよい中性配位基またはニッケル周囲の空の配位座であり、または L3およびL4が一緒になって、モノアニオンのオリゴマーの反発的な基であり、 Xが、相対的に非配位のアニオン、 R1が、ポリマーアルキレン基、 R2が、ポリマー末端基であり、 ただし、(t−ブチル)3Pが存在するとき、1種またはそれ以上のα−オレ フィン類、内部オレフィン、シクロペンテン、ノルボルネン類またはスチレン類 に由来する繰り返し単位もR1に存在することを条件とする化合物。 4. エチル分岐を含むポリオレフィンであって、前記エチル分岐の少なくと も53パーセントがsec−ブチル末端分岐の一部であり、ただし前記ポリオレ フィンが1000のメチレン基につき少なくとも50の分岐を有することを条件 とするポリオレフィン。 5. ポリエチレン、またはエチレンおよび1種またはそれ以上のα−オレフ ィン類、内部オレフィン、シクロペンテン、またはスチレン類の共重合体であっ て、アルキル分岐の少なくとも53パーセントがエチル分岐であり、ただし前記 エチレンが、またはエチレンとシクロペンテン、ノルボルネン類、またはスチレ ン類との共重合体が、1000のメチレン基につき少なくとも1.0の分岐を有 することを条件とするポリエチレンまたは共重合体。 6. AおよびQがクロライド、ブロマイド、カルボキシラートまたはアセチ ルアセトナートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7. 前記第1の化合物が(VIII)であり、AおよびQのうち1つまたは 両方がそれぞれ独立にハイドライドまたはメチルであることを特徴とする請求項 1に記載の方法。 8. Eが−CH2−であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 9. Wがアルキルアルミニウム化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の方法。 10. Eが−CH2−であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 11. Eが−CH2−であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の化合物。 12. AおよびQが、クロライド、ブロマイド、カルボキシラートまたはア セチルアセトナートであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 13. 少なくとも1つまたはそれ以上の重合触媒が存在することを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法。 14. 少なくとも1つまたはそれ以上の重合触媒が存在することを特徴とす る請求項2に記載の方法。 15. 1000のメチレン基につき少なくとも2.0の分岐末端のメチル基 を含む、1種またはそれ以上のノルボルネン類およびエチレンの共重合体。
