Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 複数の動作中の移動局を処理する複数の基地局を有する符号分割多元接続 (CDMA)無線電気通信網が全負荷状態のときに、入って来る移動局にチャン ネル要素を動的に割り当てる方法であって、前記無線電気通信網はマクロダイバ シティ・モードを用いて二重のチャンネル要素を各動作中の移動局に提供し、前 記方法は、 前記入って来る移動局と音声チャンネル要素を確立するのに十分な信号強度を 有する基地局の候補集合を決定し、 基地局の前記候補集合の各基地局と、前記候補集合の各基地局が処理する各動 作中の移動局との間の信号強度を測定し、 処理対象の動作中の移動局の1つとの間で最も弱い信号強度を持つのは基地局 の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを判定し、 チャンネル要素の割当てを、最も弱い信号強度を持つ処理対象の動作中の移動 局から前記入って来る移動局に変更する、 ステップを含む、チャンネル要素を割り当てる方法。 2. チャンネル要素の割当てを変更する前記ステップは、前記複数の基地局を 制御する負荷プロセッサにより、前記最も弱い信号強度を持つ前記処理対象の動 作中の移動局から前記最も弱い信号強度を有する前記基地局へのチャンネル要素 を切り離すことを含む、請求項1に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当てる方法。 3. チャンネル要素の割当てを変更する前記ステップは、前記負荷プロセッサ により、チャンネル要素を前記最も弱い信号強度を持つ前記基地局から前記入っ て来る移動局に接続することを含む、請求項2に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当 てる方法。 4. 最も弱い信号を持つのは基地局の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを判定する 前記ステップは、貢献度評価器により、前記最も弱い信号強度を持つのは基地局 の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを評価することを含む、請求項3に記載のチャン ネル要素を割り当てる方法。 5. 基地局の候補集合を判定する前記ステップの前に、前記無線電気通信網が 全負荷であるかどうかを負荷容量モニタにより判定するステップを更に含む、請 求項4に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当てる方法。 6. 前記無線電気通信網が全負荷であるかどうかを負荷容量モニタにより判定 する前記ステップは、前記負荷容量モニタにより、追加の入って来る移動局を探 して監視することを含む、請求項5に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当てる方法。 7. 複数の動作中の移動局を処理する複数の基地局を有する符号分割多元接続 (CDMA)無線電気通信網が全負荷状態のときに、入って来る移動局に緊急呼 出しのためのチャンネル要素を動的に割り当てる方法であって、前記無線電気通 信網はマクロダイバシティ・モードを用いて二重チャンネル要素を各動作中の移 動局に提供し、前記方法は、 前記入って来る移動局は、前記緊急呼出しを発信中であることを前記無線電気 通信網に警告し、 前記入って来る移動局と音声チャンネルを確立するのに十分な信号強度を有す る基地局の候補集合を決定し、 基地局の前記候補集合の各基地局と、前記候補集合の各基地局が処理する各動 作中の移動局との間の信号強度の情報を測定し、 処理対象の動作中の移動局の1つとの間で最も弱い信号強度を有するのは基地 局の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを判定し、 チャンネル要素の割当てを、最も弱い信号強度を持つ前記処理対象の動作中の 移動局から前記入って来る移動局に変更する、 ステップを含む、緊急呼出し用のチャンネル要素を割り当てる方法。 8. チャンネル要素の割当てを変更する前記ステップは、前記複数の基地局を 制御する負荷プロセッサにより、前記最も弱い信号を持つ前記処理対象の動作中 の移動局から前記最も弱い信号強度を有する前記基地局へのチャンネル要素を切 り離すことを含む、請求項7に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当てる方法。 9. チャンネル要素の割当てを変更する前記ステップは、前記負荷プロセッサ により、チャンネル要素を前記最も弱い信号強度を持つ前記基地局から前記入っ て来る移動局に接続することを含む、請求項8に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当 てる方法。 10.最も弱い信号を持つのは基地局の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを判定する 前記ステップは、貢献度評価器により、前記最も弱い信号強度を持つのは基地局 の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを評価することを含む、請求項9に記載のチャン ネル要素を割り当てる方法。 11.複数の動作中の移動局を処理する複数の基地局を有する符号分割(CDM A)無線電気通信網が全負荷状態のときに、入って来る移動局にチャンネル要素 を動的に割り当てるシステムであって、前記無線電気通信網はマクロダイバシテ ィを用いて二重のチャンネル要素を各動作中の移動局に提供し、前記システムは 、 前記入って来る移動局と音声チャンネルを確立するのに十分な信号強度を有す る基地局の候補集合を決定する手段と、 基地局の前記候補集合の各基地局と各基地局が処理する各動作中の移動局との 間の信号強度を測定する手段と、 処理対象の動作中の移動局の1つとの間で最も弱い信号強度を有するのは基地 局の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを判定する手段と、 チャンネル要素の割当てを、最も弱い信号強度を持つ処理対象の動作中の移動 局から前記入って来る移動局に変更する手段と、 を含む、チャンネル要素を割り当てるシステム。 12.チャンネル要素の割当てを変更する前記手段は、前記最も弱い信号強度を 持つ前記処理対象の動作中の移動局から前記最も弱い信号強度を持つ前記基地局 へのチャンネル要素を切り離す負荷プロセッサを含む、請求項11に記載のチャ ンネル要素を割り当てるシステム。 13.チャンネル要素の割当てを変更する前記手段は、チャンネル要素を前記最 も弱い信号強度を持つ前記基地局から前記入って来る移動局に接続する前記負荷 プロセッサを含む、請求項12に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当てるシステム。 14.最も弱い信号を持つのは基地局の前記候補集合のどの基地局かを判定する 前記手段は、前記最も弱い信号強度を持つのは基地局の前記候補集合のどの基地 局かを評価する貢献度評価器を含む、請求項13に記載のチャンネル要素を割り 当てるシステム。 15.前記無線電気通信網が全負荷であるかどうか判定する手段を更に含む、請 求項14に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当てるシステム。 16.前記入って来る移動局が緊急呼出しを発信中であることを前記無線電気通 信網に警告する手段を更に備える、請求項11に記載のチャンネル要素を割り当 てるシステム。
