Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.身体のルーメン内で使用するためのワイヤフレーム構造において、 一連のワイヤフープからなり、 該ワイヤフープは、長手方向に整列し、ほぼ平行な複数の面内にあり、各フー プの中心を通るほぼ共通の軸に沿っており、 それらの連続したフープは、一方のフープから他方のフープに延びるストラッ トによって接続され、 前記ストラットは、半径方向に一致しない状態に配置されていることを特徴と するワイヤフレーム構造。 2.身体のルーメン内で使用するためのワイヤフレーム構造において、 複数のフープからなり、 該複数のフープは、互いにほぼ平行に配置され、それらの中心によって規定さ れる軸に沿って間隔を置かれ、 前記複数のフープは、隣接するフープ間でストラットによって接続され、 一対のフープを接続する各ストラットは、隣接するストラットから半径方向に オフセットしていることを特徴とするワイヤフレーム構造。 3.身体のルーメンに設置されるステントにおいて、 一連のフープからなり、 各フープは、隣接するフープにストラットによって接続され、 一方のフープを次の連続するフープに接続するストラットは、次のストラット に半径方向に対向し、該次のストラットは、次の連続するフープを第2の連続す るフープに接続することを特徴とするステント。 4.前記ステントは、ワイヤの第1と第2の2つのセグメントからなり、 該ワイヤの第1と第2のセグメントは、フープを形成する複数の対向する半円 屈曲部を有し、 該複数の対向する半円屈曲部は、前記ワイヤの第1と第2のセグメントの各々 にあってストラットを形成するほぼ直線部によって分離され、 前記ワイヤの第1と第2のセグメントは、フープとストラットの間の各接合部 の近傍で屈曲され、 前記フープの平面の中心が共通軸に沿って整列するようにした請求項3に記載 のステント。 5.前記ワイヤの2つのセグメントは、該ワイヤの2つのセグメントを形成する ために曲げられる単一長さのワイヤの部分である請求項4に記載のステント。 6.前記ストラットは、前記ワイヤの第1と第2のセグメントのほぼ直線部を絡 み合わせることによって形成されている請求項4に記載のステント。 7.ステントおよびステントデリバリーシステムにおいて、 前記システムは、ストラットにより接続された複数のフープからなるステント を有し、 前記ステントは、少なくとも1つのルーメンを有する挿入カテーテルチューブ に装着され、前記挿入カテーテルチューブは、前記ステントの末端近傍に保持ク リップ側開口を有するとともに前記ステントの基端近傍に保持ループ側開口を有 し、 前記システムは、前記挿入カテーテルチューブの基端から前記ルーメンを通っ て前記保持ループ側開口の外に延びるとともに前記ステントに係合して該ステン トを挿入カテーテルチューブに固定する保持ループを有し、 前記システムは、前記挿入カテーテルチューブのルーメンから前記保持クリッ プ側開口の外に延びるとともに前記ステントに係合して該ステントを挿入カテー テルチューブに固定する保持クリップを有し、 前記保持クリップは、前記挿入カテーテルチューブのルーメン内のワイヤに操 作可能に接続され、ここで前記ワイヤは、前記挿入カテーテルチューブの基端へ 延びて、前記保持クリップを前記ステントとの係合状態から退避させるよう操作 可能であり、 前記保持ループは、前記ステントを前記保持ループによる保持状態から解放す るように切断可能であることを特徴とするステントおよびステント供給システム 。 8.前記ステントは、非拘束径(unconstrained diameter)と長手方向の引伸ば し径(stretched diameter)に特徴があり、前記引伸ばし径は非拘束径より小さ く、 前記ステントは、小さな引伸ばし径にある前記挿入カテーテルチューブに装着 されて、前記保持ループと前記保持クリップにより前記挿入カテーテルチューブ に固定され、 前記ステントは、前記保持クリップを前記ステントとの係合状態から退避させ るとともに前記保持ループを切断して前記ステントを前記保持ループによる保持 状態から解放することにより、前記挿入カテーテルから解放され、これにより前 記ステントは、その非拘束径に拡張する、請求項7に記載のステントおよびステ ントデリバリーシステム。 9.前記ステントは形状記憶合金からなる請求項7に記載のステント。 10.前記ステントは擬似弾性材料からなる請求項7に記載のステント。 11.前記ステントは形状記憶ニチノールからなる請求項7に記載のステント。 12.前記ステントは擬似弾性ニチノールからなる請求項7に記載のステント。 13.前記ステントは形状記憶合金からなる請求項3に記載のステント。 14.前記ステントは擬似弾性材料からなる請求項3に記載のステント。 15.前記ステントは形状記憶ニチノールからなる請求項3に記載のステント。 16.前記ステントは擬似弾性ニチノールからなる請求項3に記載のステント。
