Claims (25)
- 医療処置で使用するためのステント(20;120)であって、
前記ステントの近位端(22)に配置されている一連の近位尖端部(22a,22b;122a,122b)と、
前記ステントの遠位端(24)に配置されている一連の遠位尖端部(62a,62b;162a,162b)と、
近位尖端部と遠位尖端部の間に配置されている少なくとも1つの支柱区間(57,58,67,68;157,158)であって、前記ステントを圧縮状態から配備状態へ展開させることのできる支柱区間と、を含んでおり、
前記一連の近位尖端部は、第1近位尖端部(22a;122a)と第2近位尖端部(22b;122b)が交互に配置されて構成されており、隣接する近位尖端部の少なくとも1つの対は異なる特徴を備えている、ステントにおいて、
a)交互に配置された前記第1近位尖端部と前記第2近位尖端部とが互いに異なる特徴を備えており、前記第1近位尖端部(22a;122a)のそれぞれは、穴(31;131)を有する端領域(30;130)を含んでおり、前記第2近位尖端部(22b;122b)のそれぞれは、組織に係合するための少なくとも1つの逆棘(42;142)を備えており、逆棘は前記ステントのそれぞれの近位尖端部に配置されているわけではなく、及び/又は

前記第2近位尖端部(122b)のそれぞれは、第1領域(147)と第2領域(148)を含んでおり、前記第1領域には少なくとも1つの一体型の逆棘(142)が形成され、前記第2領域には第2穴(145)が形成されており、逆棘は前記ステントのそれぞれの近位尖端部に配置されているわけではなく、且つ、前記第2近位尖端部のそれぞれは、前記第2近位尖端部の前記第2穴より遠位の場所に形成されている陥凹部分(149)を含んでおり、
前記第1近位尖端部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記ステントの送達時に隣接する第2近位尖端部の前記陥凹部分内に入れ子にされる、請求項1に記載のステント(120)。 - 前記第1近位尖端部(122a)の近位縁と前記ステントの遠位縁の間の第1長手方向距離(L1)は、前記第2近位尖端部(122b)の前記陥凹部分(149)と前記ステントの前記遠位縁の間の第2長手方向距離(L2)より短い、請求項18に記載のステント(120)。
- 前記遠位尖端部(162a,162b)のそれぞれは、前記ステントの遠位端をグラフト材料に連結するための縫合糸を受け入れるための縫合糸穴(161)を含んでいる、請求項18又は19に記載のステント(120)。
- 前記遠位尖端部(162a,162b)のそれぞれは、放射線不透過マーカーを受け入れるための造影穴(190)を含んでおり、前記造影穴は、前記縫合糸穴(161)より近位に配置されていて、前記造影穴は、前記グラフト材料の近位縁と整列するように位置合わせされ、前記ステントは、前記遠位尖端部のそれぞれの端領域(160)に一体的に形成されている少なくとも1つの逆棘(152)を含んでいる、請求項20に記載のステント。
- 前記ステントがカニューレから切り出されて形成されている、請求項1乃至21の何れか一項に記載のステント。
- 請求項1乃至22の何れか一項に記載のステント(20;120)を含んでいる植え込み可能な医療装置。
- 請求項1から23の何れか一項に記載のステント(20;120)又は請求項23に記載の植え込み可能な医療装置が取り付けられている導入器。
- 配備制御機構を備え、前記第1の近位尖端部の少なくとも一つが前記配備制御機構のトリガワイヤに解放可能に連結されている、請求項24に記載の導入器。
