Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ハウジング(112,116)と、ハウジングに縦方向へ可動に設置され 液体容器(118)から注入液を押出す押出要素(186;186’)と、 該押出要素(186;186’)に配され近位終点位置と遠位終点位置との間 をハウジング(112,116)に対して縦方向へ可動でありハウジング(11 2)内において該押出要素(186;186’)を摺動させる作動要素(170 ,172)と、 該作動要素(170,172)の遠位終点位置において非作動状態となり且つ 遠位終点位置に続く、近位終点位置も含む作動要素(170,172)の位置範 囲において作動状態となる、該作動要素(170,172)と該押出要素(18 6;186’)との間の位置依存の結合装置(166’’,167’’,198 ,210,212)と、 を有する注入装置。 2. 該押出要素(186;186’)が、該液体容器(118)内に設けたピ ストン(140)の引離力よりも小さい力で近位方向へ付勢されており、かくし て、該押出要素は、該結合装置が非作動状態となる該作動要素(170,172 )の遠位終点位置では、上記力によって、移動されて上記ピストン(140)に 当接するが、この際、上記ピストンが、液体容器(118)内を摺動されること がないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注入装置。 3. 前記力形成のために、ハウジング(112)と該押出要素(186;18 6’)との間で作用する圧縮バネ(190)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求 項2に記載の注入装置。 4. 圧縮バネ(190)が、少なくとも部分的に、該押出要素(186;18 6’)内の成形中空部(187)内に設けてあることを特徴とする請求項3に記 載の注入装置。 5. 該押出要素(186;186’)の該成形中空部(187)が、 本質的に円筒形に構成され、該圧縮バネ(190)を案内することを特徴とする 請求項4に記載の注入装置。 6. 該作動要素(170,172)の遠位終点位置が、調節自在のストッパ( 162)によって定められることを特徴とする先行請求項1〜5の1つまたは複 数に記載の注入装置。 7. 前記調節自在のストッパ(162)が、ハウジング(112)に縦方向へ 摺動自在であるが回転しないよう設置された部材(154)に設けてあることを 特徴とする請求項6に記載の注入装置。 8. 前記ストッパ(162)を備えた部材(154)が、ハウジング(112 )内に回転自在であるが縦方向へ摺動しないよう設置された調節部材(116) の補完関係のネジ部(150)と係合するネジ部(152)を備え、かくして、 ストッパ(162)を備えた部材(154)は、ハウジング(112)に対する 前記調節部材(116)の回転によって縦方向へ摺動可能であることを特徴とす る請求項7に記載の注入装置。 9. ハウジング(112)内に回転自在に設置された前記調節部材(116) が、注入液を含む前記液体容器(118)を受容するよう構成されていることを 特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入装置。 10. ハウジング(112)に回転自在に設置された前記調節部材(116) が、その外面に、注入量の指示値(236)を備えており、上記指示値のうちそ の時点での設定注入量に対応する指示値が、ハウジング(112)に設けた窓( 230)およびストッパ(162)を備えた部材(154)に設けた窓(232 )を有する窓装置を介して読取り得ることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載 の注入装置。 11. ストッパ(162)を備えた部材(154)に設けた窓(232)が、 本質的に注入量の1つの指示値(236)によって占められる面積に対応し、上 記面積の周縁に隣接する指示値を隠蔽するよう設計されていることを特徴とする 請求項10に記載の注入装置。 12. ハウジング(112)に設けた窓(230)が、注入装置(1 10)のほぼ縦方向へ延びる縦軸線を有する縦方向開口の形を有することを特徴 とする請求項10または11に記載の注入装置。 13. 押出要素(186;186’)には、ハウジングに固定され上記押出要 素を縦方向へ案内し、好ましくは、更にハウジング(112)に対する回転を阻 止する、ハウジングに固定された案内部材(180)が配してあることを特徴と する先行請求項の1つまたは複数に記載の注入装置。 14. 該作動要素(170,172)と該押出要素(186;186’)との 間に設けた位置依存の前記結合装置が、該押出要素(186;186’)の縦方 向へ延びる少なくとも一連の凹み(198)と、前記作動要素(170,172 )に設けられ上記凹み(198)に任意に係合する少なくとも1つの係合要素( 166’’,167’’)とを有することを特徴とする先行請求項1〜13の1 つまたは複数に記載の注入装置。 15. 前記凹み(198)が、少なくともほぼ等間隔(T)に構成されている ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の注入装置。 16. 位置依存の結合装置が、該押出要素(186’)の外面の等間隔の凹み (210’,212’)の縦方向へ延びる列(210,212)と、上記凹みに 関連させて作動要素(170,172)に設けた係合要素(166’,167’ )とを有し、 前記凹み(210’,212’)および/または前記係合要素(166’,1 67’)の軸線方向位置が、該押出要素(186’)と前記作動要素(170, 172)との間の所定の位置において、前記作動要素(第19図;167)の少 なくとも1つが、上記作動要素に関連する凹み列(第19図;212)のうちの 凹み(212’)と完全には係合しないよう(第19図)、設計されていることを 特徴とする請求項14または15に記載の注入装置。 17. 少なくとも1つの前記係合要素(166,167,168,169)が 、前記押出要素(186,186’)から離れる方向へ弾 性的に付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項14−16の1つまたは複数に記 載の注入装置。 18. 少なくとも1つの前記係合要素(166,167,168,169)の ために、前記押出要素(186;186’)に対する上記係合要素の位置を前記 作動要素(170,172)の軸線方向位置に依存して制御するカム制御機構( 155,160,164)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項14〜17の1 つまたは複数に記載の注入装置。 19. 少なくとも1つの前記係合要素(166,167,168,169)が 、半径方向外方へ弾性的に構成されており、前記カム制御機構(155,160 ,164)が、上記の半径方向弾性力とは逆方向へ作用することを特徴とする請 求項18に記載の注入装置。 20. 少なくとも1つの前記係合要素(166,167,168,169)が 、その半径方向外面に、カム面(220,222)を備えており、上記係合要素 は、上記カム面を介して、ハウジング(112)の範囲に設けた対向カム面(1 55,160,164)と相互に作用することを特徴とする請求項18または1 9に記載の注入装置。 21. 少なくとも1つの前記係合要素(166’’,167’’)が、対応す る前記凹み(198;210’,212’)と形状結合するよう構成されている ことを特徴とする請求項14〜20の1つまたは複数に記載の注入装置。 22. 等間隔の前記凹み(198)の少なくとも1つの列(200;210, 212)が、歯列として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項14〜21の1 つまたは複数に記載の注入装置。 23. 軸線方向へ相互にずらした少なくとも2つの別個の歯列(210,21 2)が設けてあることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の注入装置。 24. 別個の歯列が、軸線方向へ歯ピッチの少なくとも半分(T/2)だけ相 互にずれていることを特徴とする請求項23に記載の注入 装置。
