Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 車両の運転者によって操作可能なブレーキ圧発生器(1)と、これに車輪 ブレーキ(17、18)と共に接続された少なくとも1つのブレーキ回路と、そ れによって車輪ブレーキの圧力が予め定めた制御アルゴリズムに従って調整する ことができる圧力調整バルブ(11、12、15、16)と、 車輪ブレーキ圧の調節用にブレーキ回路から除去された圧力流体を釣り合わせ るためにブレーキ回路へ圧力流体を供給するポンプ(7)と、 ブレーキ圧発生器(1)と、接続されたブレーキ回路との間の分離バルブ(1 1)と、 充填フェーズと制御フェーズの間、独自力ブレーキ操作の達成用に圧力流体を ポンプの吸引側へ供給するために、切り換えバルブ(9)の中間物によってポン プ(7)の吸引側に接続された加圧側の出力部を有する予備充填圧発生器(2、 8)と、および、感知信号を評価しポンプとバルブ用の切り換え信号を供給する ための制御装置とを備え、 切り換えバルブ(9)は、閉成位置、開成位置、およびスロットル位置の3つ の切り換え位置を有し、制御装置は、独自力ブレーキ操作において切り換えバル ブ(9)が制御フェーズのスロットル位置に適合するように形成されていて、ま た、制御装置は、切り換えバルブ(9)をその開成位置に適合するために充填フ ェーズにする少なくとも1つの制御アルゴリズムを有することを特徴とする液圧 式車両ブレーキシステム。 2. 制御装置は、充填フェーズにおいて達成される最初のブレーキ圧を決定し 、決定された最初のブレーキ圧が予備充填圧発生器によって供給された圧力より も低い場合、切り換えバルブ(9)を充填フェーズにおいてその閉成位置に維持 する決定回路を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のブレーキシステム。 3. 切り換えバルブ(9)は、入力圧の関数としてスロットル位置または開成 位置に切り換え、作動圧力が等しい双安定バルブのように形成されていることを 特徴とする請求項1または2記載の車両ブレーキシステム。 4. 切り換えバルブ(9)は、パイロットバルブとメインバルブの2つの平行 に接続されたバルブ(41、42)を有し、一方のバルブのバルブ座は、他方の バルブのバルブ閉成部材に設けられていて、両方のバルブ閉成部材は、単一の作 動タペット(37)によって操作可能であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の車 両ブレーキシステム。 5. メインバルブのバルブ閉成部材(23)は、から動きクラッチ(24)を 介して作動タペット(37)に結合されていろことを特徴とする請求項4記載の 車両ブレーキシステム。 6. 切り換えバルブ(9)がその非作動位置に閉成され、メインバルブのバル ブ閉成部材(23)がバルブの入力チャンバー(43)に隣接した実効面を有し ているので、規定された圧力差がバルブ閉成部材(23)に作用する場合、作動 力はメインバルブ(42)を切り換えるのには十分でないことを特徴とする請求 項5記載の車両ブレーキシステム。 7. 制御装置は、バルブを開成位置からスロットル位置へ順に切り換える信号 を発生し、切り換えバルブ(9)の電磁気的作動は、最初消勢に変えられている ので切り換えバルブ(9)は閉成し、引き続いて切り換え信号が発生するので、 切り換えバルブ(9)は最初の圧力が入力チャンバーに存在する場合にスロット ル位置に適合するために移動することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6いずれか1 項記載のブレーキシステム。
