Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 自己着火式の内燃機関のための燃料噴射ノズルであって、ノズル本体(30 )が設けられており、該ノズル本体(30)では、袋孔(37)の基部に円錐状 の座面(32)が形成されており、該座面(32)を起点として噴射開口(34 )が延びており、弁ニードルが設けられており、該弁ニードルは袋孔(37)の 入口領域のガイド区分で、閉鎖力に抗してかつ燃料流方向とは反対方向に摺動可 能にガイドされていて、前記弁ニードルは前記ガイド区分に続く弁軸(10)の 端部に、座面(32)と協動する閉鎖円錐(12)を有しており、前記弁軸(1 0)が、燃料供給のための環状室(40)を周方向で制限している形式のものに おいて、 弁軸(10)と閉鎖円錐(20)との間の移行領域に、可変の絞り横断面を 有した絞り装置が配置されており、該絞り装置によって、弁ニードルの軸方向の 摺動に応じて噴射量が変更可能であることを特徴とする、自己着火式の内燃機関 のための燃料噴射ノズル。 2. 前記絞り装置が、環状室(40)に形成された肩部(31)と、該肩部(3 1)に隣接して間隔をおいて配置された、弁軸(10)に形成された制御縁(2 0)とを有しており、該制御縁(20)に少な くとも1つの円錐面(21,22)が下流側で続いている、請求項1記載の燃料 噴射ノズル。 3. 制御縁(20)が肩部(31)にほぼ向かい合って位置している、請求項2 記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 4. 制御縁(20)が肩部(31)よりも僅かに下流に配置されている、請求項 2記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 5. 制御縁(20)に続いている少なくとも1つの円錐面(21,22)が、円 錐状の座面よりも小さな円錐頂角を有している、請求項3又は4記載の燃料噴射 ノズル。 6. 制御縁(20)に続いている少なくとも1つの円錐面(21,22)が、円 錐状の座面よりも大きな円錐頂角を有している、請求項3又は4記載の燃料噴射 ノズル。 7. 環状室(40)に、ばねの戻し力に抗して軸方向に摺動可能なスリーブ(5 0)が配置されており、該スリーブ(50)が、円錐状に形成された端面(51 )で、円錐状の座面(32)の外側の環状面(32a)に当接し、前記スリーブ (50)に、弁ニードルの軸方向摺動により順次に開放制御可能な、異なる開放 横断面を有する少なくとも2つの開口(52,53;61,62)が設けられて いる、請求項1記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 8. 第1の開口(52)が弁軸に形成された制御縁( 70)の上方でスリーブ(50)の周面に配置されていて、該第1の開口(52 )よりも小さな横断面を有した第2の開口(53)が、スリーブ(50)に形成 された端面(51)に配置されている、請求項7記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 9. スリーブ(50)の周面に、互いに上下に位置する2つの孔列(61,62 )が配置されており、下流側に位置する方の孔列(61)が、上流側に位置する 方の孔列(62)よりも小さい総開口横断面を有しており、弁軸(10)に形成 された制御縁(70)が、燃料噴射弁の閉鎖状態で両孔列(61,62)の間に 配置されている、請求項7記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 10.環状室(40)内に、ばねの戻し力に抗して軸方向摺動可能なスリーブ(5 0)が配置されていて、該スリーブ(50)が円錐状に形成された端面で、円錐 状の座面(32)の外側のリング面(32a)に当接し、前記スリーブ(50) に面するように弁軸(10)に、スリーブ(50)と協動する少なくとも1つの 切欠(80)が配置されており、該切欠の開口横断面が、スリーブ(50)の、 ガイド区分に面した方の端部で、円錐状の座面に向かって徐々に増大している、 請求項1記載の燃料噴射ノズル。 11.環状室(40)内に、ばねの戻し力に抗して軸方向に摺動可能で、弁ニード ルの軸方向の摺動により 連行可能なスリーブ(50)が配置されていて、該スリーブ(50)が、円錐状 に形成された端面(51)で、円錐状の座面(32)の外側の環状面(32a) に当接し、スリーブ(50)が、円錐状に形成された端面(51)に、端面に向 かって開かれた少なくとも1つの切欠(55)を有している、請求項1記載の燃 料噴射ノズル。
