Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 搬送品(11)を少なくとも1つの引き渡し箇所(18乃至21,24) に対して、少なくとも1つの搬送手段(12乃至15)、特にベルトコンベヤ( 12乃至15)及び少なくとも1つの搬送手段駆動装置(17)によって供給及 び/又は排出するための搬送機構(10)であって、1つの搬送手段(12乃至 15)に対応して1つの搬送手段駆動装置(17)がそれぞれ配置されており、 少なくとも1つの搬送手段(12乃至15)が少なくとも1つの発信器(26乃 至28、30乃至33)を有しており、発信器の信号が少なくとも1つの制御装 置(37)に作用するようになっており、少なくとも1つの制御装置(37)が 少なくとも1つの搬送手段駆動装置(17)に対して少なくとも1つの速度分布 (43)を形成するようになっており、少なくとも1つの速度分布(43)がゼ ロではない基準値(v1)から少なくとも1つの別の値(v3)になり、次いで 再び基準値(v1)に戻るようになっており、その結果、少なくとも1つの搬送 手段(12乃至15)が搬送品(11)を連続的に搬送できるようになっている ことを特徴とする、搬送機構。 2. 搬送品(11)が少なくとも1つのワーク支持体(11)であり、少なく とも1つの引き渡し箇所( 18乃至21)が加工ユニット(24)若しくは接続箇所(18乃至21)であ る請求項1記載の搬送機構。 3. 少なくとも1つの搬送手段駆動装置(17)が電動機(17)である請求 項1又は2記載の搬送機構。 4. 電動機(17)が三相交流電動機(17)である請求項3記載の搬送機構 。 5. 少なくとも1つの制御装置(37)が周波数変換器(37)である請求項 4記載の搬送機構。 6. 三相交流電動機(17)とベルトコンベヤ(12乃至15)との間に伝動 装置が配置されている請求項5記載の搬送機構。 7. 発信器(26乃至28、30乃至33)と制御装置(37)との間に少な くとも1つのメモリープログラム可能な制御部(35)が接続されている請求項 1から6のいずれか1項記載の搬送機構。 8. 搬送方向で副搬送路(13)の前に供給搬送路(14)が配置されており 、搬送方向で副搬送路(13)の後に排出搬送路(15)が配置されており、副 搬送路(13)が主搬送路(12)に対して並列に配置されており、排出搬送路 (15)及び供給搬送路(14)が横方向で主搬送路(12)に接続されており 、各接続箇所(18乃至21)に横方向搬送ユニット(22)を配置してあり、 横方向搬送ユニットがワー ク支持体(11)を、ワーク支持体の方向を維持したまま一方の搬送路から他方 の搬送路へ直角に引き渡すようになっている請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載 の搬送機構。 9. 搬送手段駆動装置(17)が電気式若しくは液力式のサーボ駆動装置(1 7)である請求項1又は2記載の搬送機構。
