Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ファキック眼内矯正レンズであって、光学体と、該光学体に取り付けられて それから両側方に延出している、毛様体溝の最外周部に同時に接触することがで きない大きさの1つまたは複数のハプティック体と、眼に埋め込まれた時、虹彩 の収縮時に虹彩と接触してセンタリング力をレンズに加えることができる大きさ 、形状および位置の環状突出表面とを有しており、該突出表面はレンズ前表面に 配置されており、眼に埋め込まれた時に前記光学体が実質的に虹彩の背後の眼の 後房内に位置するように構成されている眼内矯正レンズ。 2.前記突出表面は、虹彩の移動を制限しないで虹彩が該突出表面を乗り越えて 摺動できるようにする形状および寸法を有している請求の範囲第1項に記載の眼 内レンズ。 3.前記突出表面は、虹彩と接触する縁部に勾配、丸みまたは傾斜が付けられて いる請求の範囲第2項に記載の眼内レンズ。 4.前記光学体の前表面に段差を付けて3つの同心状リングゾーンを形成してお り、隣接した外側ゾーンは隣接した内側ゾーンに対して前記光学体の軸線に沿っ て変位して前記光学体を薄くできるようにしている請求の範囲第3項に記載の眼 内レンズ。 5.たわみ可能で生物的適応性を有する透明材料で形成されている請求の範囲第 3項に記載の眼内レンズ。 6.親水性かつ通気性がある材料で形成されている請求の範囲第5項に記載の眼 内レンズ。 7.シリコーン、シリコーン−メタクリレート共重合体、ポリメチルメタクリレ ート、ポリヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、コラーゲン/アクリル樹脂混合体 、およびそれらの混合物および共重合体から選択された材料で形成されている請 求の範囲第6項に記載の眼内レンズ。 8.前記ハプティック体は非平面的で、ほぼ均一厚さであると共に、レンズ光学 軸の方向にたわみ可能である請求の範囲第5項に記載の眼内レンズ。 9.前記光学体の後表面の曲率半径は、前記ハプティック体の曲率半径より小さ い請求の範囲第8項に記載の眼内レンズ。 10.前記ハプティック体の最外縁部がはまる円の最大直径をL、 毛様体溝における眼の直径をC、 患者の瞳孔の最大拡張直径をP、 前記突出表面の直径をBとした時に、 前記ハプティックの最外直径は、次式: L≧C−P+B L≧C/2+P/2 L<C を同時に満たすようにした請求の範囲第9項に記載の眼内レンズ。 11.前記突出表面の高さは、前記レンズ後表面から一般的に約0.25から約 1.0mmの間である請求の囲第10項に記載の眼内レンズ。 12.前記ハプティック体の厚さは約0.15mmを超えない程度である請求の 範囲第11項に記載の眼内レンズ。 13.最大対角線ハプティック体長さは約10.5mmから約11.5mmの間 である請求の範囲第12項に記載の眼内レンズ。 14.シリコーン、シリコーン−メタクリレート共重合体、ポリメチルメタクリ レート、ポリヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート、コラーゲン/アクリル樹脂混合 体、およびそれらの混合物および共重合体から選択された材料で形成されている 請求の範囲第12項に記載の眼内レンズ。 15.正の曲率を有しており、前記突出表面は前記光学体の一部である請求の範 囲第12項に記載の眼内レンズ。 16.負の曲率を有しており、前記突出表面は前記光学体に隣接している請求の 範囲第12項に記載の眼内レンズ。 17.虹彩の拡張および収縮が前記ハプティック体または光学体のわずかな移動 を発生させることによって、眼内液の流れが増加するようにした請求の範囲第5 項に記載の眼内レンズ。 18.前記突出表面は前記ハプティック体の一部であって、前記光学体を取り囲 んでいる請求の範囲第3項に記載の眼内レンズ。 19.前記突出表面は前記光学体の一部である請求の範囲第3項に記載の眼内レ ンズ。 20.前記突出表面は前記光学体と前記ハプティック体との間に位置して、前記 光学体を取り囲んでいる請求の範囲第3項に記載の眼内レンズ。
