h・(nIOL−ntamponade1)・N=h・(nIOL−ntamponade2)・M
ここで、NおよびMは整数であり、nIOL、ntamponade1およびntamponade2は、眼内レンズおよび目の硝子体液に与えられた2つの異なるタンポネードの屈折率である。
m=ntamponade/nvitreoushumor
h=N・λ/(nlens−nsurroundingmedium)
によって、例えば、約(N・8・λ)の高さが与えられ、ここでNが整数であり、nlensおよびnsurroundingmediumが屈折率であり、λが設計された波長である。当然のことながら、同じNを有する硝子体液房であっても、異なる屈折率の媒体のhには異なる値があり、好ましくは、それにもかかわらず両方の媒体にとって行路の差異に関してそれぞれ異なる整数倍NおよびMを表すように、その高さhは選択される。したがって、段差hの幾何学的高さは、次の数式で許容される。

=M・λ/(nlens−nsurroundingmedium2)
ここでNおよびMは整数であり、nlens、nsurroundingmedium1およびnsurroundingmedium2は眼内レンズおよび目の硝子体液房に与えられる2つの異なるタンポネードの屈折率である。
Claims (15)
- 前面と、網膜に向けられる後面(12、22、42、52、62、72)とを有する光学レンズ部分を備えた眼内レンズであって、
上記レンズは、天然レンズのカプセル嚢に入れられるように設計され、上記前面は、上記レンズの光軸に平行な入射光が、網膜上へ収束する光線となる際に、専ら屈折および/または回折するように設計され、
上記後面の少なくとも一つの光学的に有効な表面部分は、球面の凹状湾曲形状であり、上記湾曲の半径が、上記光学レンズの光学軸上における上記光学的に有効な表面部分から網膜までの距離に相当することを特徴とする眼内レンズ。 - 後方の表面部分の湾曲の前記半径が、12mm〜30mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 湾曲の前記半径が、13mm〜23mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 球面の湾曲形状を有する第1の光学的に有効な表面部分が、前記後面の、中央であって単に屈折性を有するレンズ領域(25、45、55、65)に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の眼内レンズ。
- 球面の凹状湾曲形状を有する少なくとも1つの第2の光学的に有効な表面部分が、前記中央レンズ領域(25、45、55、65)を囲みかつ前記第1の光学的に有効な表面部分と同軸的に隣接する前記後面の回折性レンズ領域(26、46、56、66)に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 球面の凹状湾曲形状を有するさらなる光学的に有効な複数の表面部分が、前記第2の光学的に有効な表面部分と同軸的に隣接しかつ互いに隣接する環状回折性レンズ領域(26、46、56、66)に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の眼内レンズ。
- それぞれ隣接する光学的に有効な複数の表面部分の遷移における光路長の差異が、設計された波長の整数倍であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 光路と平行な関係にあり、それぞれ隣接する光学的に有効な複数の表面部分の幾何学的階段高さhが、以下の数式を満たすことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の眼内レンズ。
h=N・λ/(n lens −n surroundingmedium1 )
=M・λ/(n lens −n surroundingmedium2 )
ここで、NおよびMは整数であり、n lens 、n surroundingmedium1 およびn surroundingmedium2 は、眼内レンズおよび眼の硝子体液に与えられた2つの異なるタンポネードの屈折率である。 - 前記第2の光学的に有効な表面部分および前記さらなる光学的に有効な表面部分(28、48、58、68)のうちの少なくとも一つが、のこぎり歯形状であることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記中央レンズ領域(25、45、55、65)の直径が4mmであることを特徴とする請求項4〜9のいずれかに記載の眼内レンズ。
- 回折性微細構造(31)が、前記前面上の少なくとも部分的に光学レンズ部分の光軸周囲に延在して多焦点レンズを構成していることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記回折性微細構造(31)が、前記前面(20、30、40、50、60)の前記中央レンズ領域(25、45、55、65、55’)に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記後面(12、22、42、52、62、72)の光学的に有効な湾曲は、前記出射光の波面の湾曲に相当することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記光学的に有効な湾曲が、球面であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の眼内レンズ。
- 前記後面(12、22、42、52、62)の前記湾曲の表面頂点における半径は、上記湾曲の表面頂点から上記レンズの光学軸までの距離に相当することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の眼内レンズ。
