Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.内視鏡を使用して患者から組織試料を回収する生検鉗子器具において、 a)潅注導管及び吸引導管を有する可撓性管状部材と、 b)中空の第1顎及び中空の移動可能な第2顎を有する遠位組立体であって、 前記移動可能な第2顎が前記第1顎に対して旋回可能であり且つ前記潅注導管及 び前記潅注導管の第1のものに結合され、前記第1顎が前記潅注導管及び前記吸 引導管の第2のものに結合された遠位組立体と、 c)前記移動可能な第2顎に結合された少なくとも1つの制御部材と、 d)前記少なくとも1つの制御部材に結合されて前記少なくとも1つの制御部 材を前記管状部材に対して移動させ、それにより前記移動可能な顎を前記第1顎 に対して開いた位置から閉じ位置まで移動させる近位作動手段であって、前記移 動可能な第2顎及び前記第1顎が、前記移動可能な第2顎及び第1顎が前記閉じ た位置にある時に、前記移動可能な第2顎及び第1顎が前記潅注導管と前記吸引 導管との間に流体通路を形成するようにされている近位作動手段とを備えている 、生検鉗子器具。 2.前記少なくとも1つの制御部材が、前記可撓性の管状部材を貫通して延び ている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 3.前記管状部材が、前記少なくとも1つの制御部材が貫通して延びる制御導 管を有している、請求項2に記載の生検鉗子器具。 4.前記第1顎が固定されている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 5.前記第1顎が前記吸引導管に結合され、前記移動可能な第2 顎が、前記潅注導管に結合されている、請求項4に記載の生検鉗子器具。 6.前記管状部材は制御導管を有し、前記少なくとも1つの制御部材は前記制 御導管を貫通して延びている、請求項5に記載の生検鉗子器具。 7.e)前記遠位組立体に結合されて、前記遠位組立体を内視鏡に結合するよ うにされたカラー手段を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 8.前記カラー手段が、前記第1顎と一体にされている、請求項7に記載の生 検鉗子器具。 9.前記カラー手段は前記管状部材を収容する近位ソケットを含んでいる、請 求項7に記載の生検鉗子器具。 10.前記移動可能な第2顎が、該移動可能な第2顎の前記第1顎に対する回 動を制限する停止手段を備えている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 11.前記第1顎がプラスチックから形成され、前記移動可能な第2顎が金属 から形成されている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 12.前記第1顎は略平らな縁を有し、前記移動可能な第2顎は鋭利な切断刃 を有している、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 13.前記移動可能な第2顎は2つの顎穴を備え、前記少なくとも1つの制御 部材は前記2つの顎穴を貫通して延びている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 14.前記管状部材は制御導管を有し、まさしく1つの制御部材が前記制御導 管を貫通して延び、前記まさしく1つの制御部材が更に前記顎の穴を貫通して延 びてループを形成している、請求項13に記載の生検鉗子器具。 15.前記生検鉗子器具はまさしく1つの制御部材を含み、該制御部材は中央 部及び2つの端部を有し、前記中央部が前記2つの顎穴を貫通して延び、前記2 つの端部が前記近位作動ハンドルに結合されている、請求項13に記載の生検鉗 子器具。 16.前記生検鉗子器具はまさしく2つの制御部材を含み、該まさしく2つの 制御部材の各々が第1及び第2端部を有し、前記まさしく2つの制御部材の各々 の前記第1端部が前記2つの顎穴の一方を貫通するZ字状曲がりを形成する、請 求項13に記載の生検鉗子器具。 17.前記流体通路は実質的に液密である、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 18.前記管状部材は実質的に卵形である、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 19.e)前記管状部材の前記遠位端に結合され、前記移動可能な第2顎が結 合されるU字リンクを更に備えている、請求項1に記載の生検鉗子器具。 20.前記U字リンクが前記潅注導管の前記遠位端の一部を覆っている、請求 項19に記載の生検鉗子器具。 21.前記第1顎が前記管状部材の前記遠位端に接合されている、請求項19 に記載の生検鉗子器具。 22.前記潅注導管は全体として腎臓の形状をした断面を有している、請求項 19に記載の生検鉗子装置。 23.前記潅注導管は全体として三日月形の断面を有している、請求項19に 記載の生検鉗子装置。 24.前記管状部材は最外側層を有した多層押出成形品である、請求項19に 記載の生検鉗子器具。 25.前記管状部材が、前記吸引導管の回りの第1金属製編組及 び前記管状部材の前記最外側層の下の第2金属製編組の少なくとも一方を備えて いる、請求項23に記載の生検鉗子器具。 26.生検鉗子器具において、 a)近位端及び遠位端を有する可撓性管状部材と、 b)前記管状部材を貫通して延びる少なくとも1つの制御部材と、 c)前記管状部材の前記遠位端に結合されると共に先の尖っていない縁を有す る第1顎カップと、 d)前記第1顎カップに対して移動可能であり且つ鋭利な切断表面を有する移 動可能な第2顎カップと、 e)前記少なくとも1つの制御部材に結合されて前記少なくとも1つの制御部 材を前記管状部材に対して移動させ、それにより前記第2顎カップを前記第1顎 カップに対して開いた位置から閉じた位置まで移動させる近位作動手段とを備え 、 前記移動可能な第2顎カップの鋭利な切断表面が前記閉じた位置において前記 第1顎カップの前記先の尖っていない縁に当接する、生検鉗子器具。 27.前記第1顎カップが、前記可撓性管状部材に対して固定されている、請 求項25に記載の生検鉗子器具。 28.前記第1顎がプラスチックから形成されている、請求項25に記載の生 検鉗子器具。 29.前記移動可能な第2顎が金属から形成されている、請求項25に記載の 生検鉗子器具。
