Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. トリメチルシリルクロライドによりアルコールを保護することからなる、 次の接触還元アミノ化のために1,2−又は1,3−アミノアルコールを保護す るプロセス。 2. アルコールがノルエピネフリンである請求項1のプロセス。 3. アルコールをトリメチルシリルクロライド及び塩基と反応させる請求項1 のプロセス。 4. 塩基がトリエチルアミン又はピリジンである請求項3のプロセス。 5. 1当量のノルエピネフリンを少なくとも4当量のトリメチルシリルクロラ イド及び少なくとも4当量の塩基と反応させる請求項4のプロセス。 6. アルコールをトリメチルシリルクロライド及び塩基と適切な溶媒中で反応 させる請求項3のプロセス。 7. 溶媒が酢酸エチル又は塩化メチレンである請求項6のプロセス。 8. (a)ノルエピネフリンをトリメチルシリルクロライド と反応させてトリメチルシリル−保護ノルエピネフリンを形成し; (b)トリメチルシリル−保護ノルエピネフリンを4−(4−ベンジルオキシ フェニル)ブタナールで還元アミノ化してトリメチルシリル−保護ベンジルアル ブタミンを形成し; (c)トリメチルシリル保護基を除いて蓚酸塩を形成する工程からなるベンジ ルアルブタミンオキサレートを調製する方法。 9. 式 の化合物。 10. 式の化合物。
