Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 骨の2つの部分を互いに引き離すため、特に骨伸延のため、若しくは骨隙間 をブリッジするための伸延装置であって、骨の骨髄腔内に導入可能な髄内釘(1 )を備えており、髄内釘が、それぞれ両方の骨部分の1つに取り付け可能でかつ 軸線方向で互いに離反移動可能な2つの部分(2,3)を有しており、駆動軸( 16)を駆動する駆動ユニット(4)及び、駆動軸(16)の回転運動を髄内釘 (1)の両方の部分(2,3)間の相対的な軸線方向運動に変換するための装置 を備えている形式のものにおいて、 駆動軸(16)がプラネタリローラ(19)を駆動するようになっており、プ ラネタリローラが循環路内に保持されており、プラネタリローラ(19)の外周 に設けられた駆動溝(21)が、プラネタリローラ(19)を取り囲む中空体( 7)の対応する駆動溝(8)に係合しており、少なくとも中空体(7)若しくは プラネタリローラ(19)の駆動溝(8)が、中空体(7)を駆動軸(16)の 回転に際して該駆動軸に対して相対的に軸線方向に移動させるために、ねじ溝と して形成されていることを特徴とする、骨の2つの部分を互いに引き離すための 伸延装置。 2. プラネタリローラ(19)の駆動のための駆動軸(16)がピニオン外側歯 列(17)を備えており、該外側歯列が、各プラネタリローラ(19)に駆動溝 (21)のほかに設けられた外側歯列(18)と噛み合っている請求項1記載の 伸延装置。 3. プラネタリローラ(19)の駆動のための駆動軸(16)が、中空体(7) 内に回転可能に配置されて内部にプラネタリローラ(19)を支承するケージ( 20)に相対回動不能に結合されている請求項1記載の伸延装置。 4. 中空体(7)が駆動ユニット(4)をテレスコープ状に取り囲んでいて、か つ髄内釘の1つの部分(2)を形成している請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載 の伸延装置。 5. 駆動ユニット(4)が骨に対して固定可能に形成され、かつ中空体(7)が 走出可能に形成されている請求項4記載の伸延装置。 6. 中空体(7)が骨に固定可能であり、駆動ユニット(4)がプラネタリロー ラ(19)及び、中空体(7)に対して同軸的に支承されて軸線方向に負荷可能 なピン(23)と一緒に走出可能である請求項4記載の伸延装置。 7. 駆動ユニット(4)と中空体(7)との間にカルダン継ぎ手が設けられてい る請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の伸延装置。 8. 中空体(7)が液圧ポンプのピストンを駆動するようになっており、液圧ポ ンプによって髄内釘が駆動可能である請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の伸延 装置。 9. 駆動部及び液圧ポンプが患者の体内にインプラント可能である請求項8記載 の伸延装置。 10.駆動ユニット(4)が電動モータを有している請求項1から9のいずれか1 項記載の伸延装置。 11.駆動モータ(4)が誘導的に、特に高周波入力結合によってエネルギを供給 されるようになっている請求項10記載の伸延装置。 12.電動モータ(4)がインプラント可能なエネルギ供給装置によって駆動可能 である請求項10記載の伸延装置。 13.髄内釘(1)の運動のための、患者の体内にインプラント可能な力及び/又 は距離測定装置が設けられている請求項1から12のいずれか1項記載の伸延装 置。 14.力測定装置が伸び測定テープで以て作動するようになっている請求項13記 載の伸延装置。 15.距離測定装置がポテンシオメータ式に作動するようになっている請求項13 又は14記載の伸延装置。 16.距離測定装置として、電動モータに適応したエンコーダが用いられている請 求項13又は14記載の 伸延装置。 17.駆動軸(16)の回転の回転数を記録するホールセンサが設けられている請 求項13又は14記載の伸延装置。 18.患者の体内から測定信号を無接触に伝達するための遠隔操作装置が設けられ ている請求項13から17のいずれか1項記載の伸延装置。 19.プラネタリローラ(19)が該プラネタリローラの駆動溝(21)の範囲に 、駆動軸(16)に対する形状結合及び/又は摩擦結合的な直接の接触部を有し ていない請求項1から18のいずれか1項記載の伸延装置。 20.プラネタリローラ(19)が回転可能なケージ(20)内に支承されており 、ケージが駆動軸(16)のケーシング(9)に、軸線方向で位置固定して転が り支承されている請求項1から19のいずれか1項記載の伸延装置。 21.プラネタリローラ(19)内に付加的な支承溝(27)が設けられており、 該支承溝によってプラネタリローラ(19)が相応に軸線方向不動な対向支承溝 (25)内に軸線方向で位置固定されている請求項1から18のいずれか1項記 載の伸延装置。 22.プラネタリローラ(19)の支承溝(27)が、駆動軸(16)の軸線(I )上で回転する支承体(24)の軸線方向移動不能な対向支承溝(25)内 に係合している請求項21記載の伸延装置。 23.支承体(24)が駆動軸(16)に堅く結合されており、プラネタリローラ (19)及び支承体(24)の支承溝(27,25)がそれぞれリードなしに形 成されている請求項22記載の伸延装置。 24.支承体(24)の支承溝(25)の平均的な直径の値と、駆動ピニオン(1 7)とプラネタリローラ(19)との間の歯列の転がり円直径の値とが互いに合 致している請求項23記載の伸延装置。 25.支承体(24)が軸線方向で位置固定されているものの、しかしながら回転 可能に駆動軸(16)に支承されている請求項22記載の伸延装置。
