Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水素化カルシウムで対応金属酸化物を還元することによる金属粉末の準備 と、その後得られた前記金属粉末の成形とを含む非蒸発ゲッターを製造する方法 であって、 Ti、Zrの群の少なくとも一つの元素と、V、Cr、Mn、Niの群の少な くとも一つの元素とを含有する金属粉末を製造するために出発材料を選択し、 1180〜1230℃の温度で7〜15時間保持して還元を行い、 粉末を10〜500kg/cm2の圧力で成形し、且つ800〜1100℃の 温度で焼結する、 ことを特徴とする非蒸発ゲッターを製造する方法。 2.前記ゲッターは、第1の構成材がTi、Zrの群の少なくとも一つの元素 を含み、第2の構成材がV、Cr、Mn、Fe、Niの群の少なくとも一つの元 素を含み且つ第3の構成材が酸化カルシウム(CaO)である合金から製造され 、 前記ゲッターの重量にして第1の構成材と第2の構成材との比率が10:1か ら1:1までであり且つCaO含有量が1%を超えず、 前記ゲッターの局部領域における前記元素の濃度が相違し、任意に選んだ点の 幾つかの対における第1と第2との構成材の各元素に対する算術平均の濃度比が 30を超えない、 ことを特徴とする粉末合金から製造した非蒸発ゲッター。
