Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.レンズサブアッセンブリと、該レンズサブアッセンブリの前側に配置された 標本のイメージを形成すべく前記レンズサブアッセンブリの後側に配置されたイ メージングサブアッセンブリとを有する方式の検査用のディジタルイメージング システムにおいて、 前記レンズサブアッセンブリは、 前側レンズ要素を有し、光軸をもつレンズと、 該レンズ内の前記前側レンズ要素の後側に配置され、前記前側レンズ要素へ光 を導き、前記レンズから出射すべくなしてある光源と、 を備えることを特徴とするシステム。 2.前記光源は、第1端で照明光源に連結され、前記レンズ内の前記前側レンズ 要素の後側に配置された第2端を有する複数のオプティカルファイバーを備え、 この第2端は、そこから放出される光が前記軸に対して実質的に平行に、また前 記前側レンズ要素へ向かうように配置されている上述の請求項に記載のシステム 。 3.前記レンズは、ダイクロイックミラーの干渉を受けず、前記標本から後方に 前記イメージングアッセンブリへ向けた前記標本の放出光に励起を発し、励起光 の干渉も受けない上述の請求項に記載のシステム。 4.前記レンズは、複数のレンズ要素を備え、これらの大半は前記光源の後側に 配置されている上述の請求項の何れかに記載のシステム。 5.前記前側レンズ要素のみが前記光源の前側に配置されている上述の請求項に 記載のシステム。 6.前記レンズは、複数のレンズ要素を備えており、前記前側レンズ要素と前記 複数のレンズ要素の最も後側のものとの間の位置で少なくとも1つの放出光フィ ルタを保持する手段を更に備え、前記レンズは、前記標本から前記レンズを介し て後側へ導かれた光線が前記保持手段の位置で前記軸に対して実質的に平行とな るべく組み立てられている上述の請求項の何れかに記載のシステム。 7.前記レンズは、前記標本までの距離よりも大きい距離で前記光源からの照明 をフォーカスすべく組み立てられている上述の請求項の何れかに記載のシステム 。 8.前記レンズは、サイトのアレイを含む標本の全部を捉えるように前記レンズ のための十分に大きな視野をもつべく組み立てられている上述の請求項の何れか に記載のシステム。 9.前記レンズは、少なくとも直径1cmの視野を有する上述の請求項に記載の システム。 10.レンズサブアッセンブリの前側に配置された標本のイメージを形成すべく 前記レンズサブアッセンブリの後側に配置されたイメージングサブアッセンブリ とを有する方式の検査用のディジタルイメージングシステムに用いられるレンズ サブアッセンブリにおいて、 前記レンズサブアッセンブリは、 前側レンズ要素を有し、光軸をもつテレセントリックマクロレン ズと、 該レンズ内の前記前側レンズ要素の後側に配置され、前記前側レンズ要素へ光 を導き、前記レンズから出射すべくなしてある光源と、 を備えることを特徴とするレンズサブアッセンブリ。 11.前記光源は、第1端で照明光源に連結され、前記レンズ内の前記前側レン ズ要素の後側に配置された第2端を有する複数のオプティカルファイバーを備え 、この第2端は、そこから放出される光が前記軸に対して実質的に平行に、また 前記前側レンズ要素へ向かうように配置されている上述の請求項に記載のレンズ サブアッセンブリ。 12.前記レンズは、ダイクロイックミラーの干渉を受けず、前記標本から後方 に前記イメージングアッセンブリへ向けた前記標本の放出光に励起を発し、励起 光の干渉も受けない請求項10又は11に記載のレンズサブアッセンブリ。 13.前記レンズは、複数のレンズ要素を備え、これらの大半は前記光源の後側 に配置されている請求項10乃至12の何れかに記載のレンズサブアッセンブリ 。 14.前記前側レンズ要素のみが前記光源の前側に配置されている上述の請求項 に記載のレンズサブアッセンブリ。 15.前記レンズは、複数のレンズ要素を備えており、前記前側レンズ要素と前 記複数のレンズ要素の最も後側のものとの間の位置で少なくとも1つの放出光フ ィルタを保持する手段を更に備え、前記 レンズは、前記標本から前記レンズを介して後側へ導かれた光線が前記保持手段 の位置で前記軸に対して実質的に平行となるべく組み立てられている請求項10 乃至14の何れかに記載のレンズサブアッセンブリ。 16.前記レンズは、前記標本までの距離よりも大きい距離で前記光源からの照 明をフォーカスすべく組み立てられている請求項10乃至15の何れかに記載の レンズサブアッセンブリ。 17.前記レンズは、サイトのアレイを含む標本の全部を捉えるように前記レン ズのための十分に大きな視野をもつべく組み立てられている請求項10乃至16 の何れかに記載のレンズサブアッセンブリ。 18.前記レンズは、少なくとも直径1cmの視野を有する上述の請求項に記載 のレンズサブアッセンブリ。 19.検査用のエリアディジタルイメージングシステムで、完全には規則的に配 置されていない可能性があるターゲットのアレイを有する標本上から前記ターゲ ットを抽出する方法において、 前記標本の所定の固定された複数のグリッド点での所定の2次元の大きさ及び 形状のプローブテンプレートを有する呼びターゲット位置のマトリクスを定める ステップと、 ターゲットに応じたプローブテンプレートの最も可能性が高い位置を決定する ステップと、 を有し、 該ステップは、 前記標本のイメージを用い、選択されたターゲットに応じた呼びターゲット位 置の近傍における前記イメージ内の画素強度に基づいて、前記選択されたターゲ ットの最も可能性が高い位置を導き出すステップと、 前記最も可能性が高い位置の信頼性を示し、前記呼びターゲット位置から前記 選択されたターゲットの最も可能性が高い位置への前記プローブテンプレートの 位置変動における重み係数である信頼値を用いるステップと、 によって決定することを特徴とする方法。 20.前記決定ステップは、各ターゲットに対して繰り返し行われる上述の請求 項に記載の方法。 21.前記導出ステップで用いられる前記イメージは、興味対象の効果を最も良 く示す前記標本の一次イメージを生成し、興味対象の効果を最低限示す二次イメ ージを生成し、該二次イメージを前記一次イメージと結合することによって形成 される請求項19又は20に記載の方法。 22.前記標本には、所定のアンカー点が設けられ、前記マトリクスは、前記ア ンカー点及び明確に定められ得るこれらのターゲット点の何れか1つに特定のプ ローブテンプレートを配置することによって、前記標本における実際のターゲッ ト位置に関連して予め方向付けられている請求項19乃至21の何れかに記載の 方法。 23.ターゲットのための前記信頼値は、前記ターゲットの検出可能性によって 決定される請求項19に記載の方法。 24.前記レンズは、テレセントリックな、マクロレンズである請求項1乃至9 の何れかに記載のシステム。 25.前記レンズは、テレセントリックマクロレンズである請求項10乃至18 の何れかに記載のレンズサブアッセンブリ。 26.レンズサブアッセンブリと、該レンズサブアッセンブリの前側に配置され た標本のイメージを形成すべく前記レンズサブアッセンブリの後側に配置された イメージングサブアッセンブリとを有する方式の検査用のディジタルイメージン グシステムにおいて、 前記標本の前側に配置された照明サブアッセンブリは、 前記標本の前側にこれに近接して配置された平面拡散プレートと、 複数のオプティカルファイバーと、 を備え、 前記複数のオプティカルファイバーの各々は、照明光源に連結された第1端と 、前記拡散プレートの前側に配置され、そこから放出される光が前記拡散プレー トの面に対して実質的に直角となるように向けられた第2端とを有し、前記オプ ティカルファイバーは、これらの間の間隔が前記拡散プレートの周囲よりも中央 で大きくなるように配置されている、 ことを特徴とするシステム。
