- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少くとも2つの保護グレージング層、少くとも85wt.%のテトラフルオロ エチレン/ヘキサフルオロプロピレン/フッ化ビニリデン共重合体からなる少く とも1つのフッ素樹脂中間層、ならびに該フッ素樹脂中間層に埋め込まれた少く とも1つの補強層、から構成される保護グレージング積層品。 2. 保護グレージング層が、ポリカーボネート、ソーダガラス、結晶化ガラス 、ホウケイ酸塩ガラス、ケラガラス(Keraglass)、アクリル樹脂およびそれらの 組合わせからなる群から選ばれる請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層品。 3. フッ素樹脂層が、FEP,PFA,PCTFE,ETFE,PVDF,ECTFEおよびECCTFE、な らびにそれらの組合わせからなる群から選ばれる少くとも1つのフッ素樹脂をさ らに含有する請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層品。 4. 補強層が、ガラス繊維メッシュ、スペクトラ(「Spectra」)繊維メッシ ュ、フッ素樹脂繊維メッシュ、難燃剤を含む熱可塑性樹脂繊維メッシュおよび金 属繊維メッシュ、ならびにそれらの組合わせからなる群より選ばれる請求項1記 載の保護グレージング積層品。 5. 補強層が織物、不織物、編物および混成物のメッシュから選ばれる請求項 4記載の保護グレージング積層品。 6. 補強層が透明である請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層品。 7. 積層品が最大4%のヘイズ値を有する請求項1記載の保護グレージング積 層品。 8. フッ素樹脂層が、補強メッシュを含有する中間層を有する2 つのフッ素樹脂フィルム層の積層品である請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層 品。 9. フッ素樹脂層が、0.51mm(20mil)より小さい厚さを有する請求項8記載の 保護グレージング積層品。 10.保護グレージングがガラスである請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層品 。 11.積層品がISO834の防火標準規格(fire protection standards)に適合する に十分な耐熱性(thermal resistance)を有するファイアスクリーンである請求 項1記載の保護グレージング積層品。 12.ファイアスクリーンが、それぞれ厚さが約2〜10mmである少くとも2層の 保護グレージング、THV85〜100wt.%とFEP,PFA,PCTFE,ETFE,PVDF,FCTFEお よびECCTFE、ならびにそれらの組合わせよりなる群から選ばれる重合体0〜15wt .%との1つのフッ素樹脂中間層、ならびにガラス繊維補強メッシュからなり、 該フッ素樹脂中間層は約5〜25mmの厚さを有する請求項11記載の保護グレージン グ積層品。 13.積層品がDIN52338の保護基準規格に適合するに十分な耐衝撃性を有する耐 衝撃性グレージングである請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層品。 14.耐衝撃性グレージングが、それぞれの厚さが約2〜10mmである少くとも2 層の保護グレージング、THV85〜100wt.%とFEP,PFA,PCTFE,ETFE,PVDF,ECTF EおよびECCTFE、ならびにそれらの組合わせよりなる群から選ばれる重合体0〜1 5wt.%との1つのフッ素樹脂中間層、ならびにガラス繊維補強メッシュからな り、該フッ素樹脂中間層は約5〜25mmの厚さを有する請求項13記載の保護グレー ジング積層品。 15.フッ素樹脂層が、カップリング剤、顔料、IRブロック剤、UV ブロック剤およびそれらの組合せよりなる群から選ばれる少くとも1種の添加剤 をさらに含有する請求項1記載の保護グレージング積層品。 16.フッ素樹脂層が、少くとも1種のシランカップリング剤を含有する請求項 15記載の保護グレージング積層品。 17.フッ素樹脂層がビニルトリエトキシシランを含有する請求項16記載の保護 グレージング積層品。 18.a)少くとも85wt.%のTHV共重合体からなるフッ素樹脂フィルムを、少 くとも1種類の気相有機化合物を含む不活性ガス中で、0.045〜0.76ワット/時 /m2(0.15〜2.5ワット/時/フィート2)でコロナ放電に暴露すること; b)少くとも2枚の保護グレージングを用意すること;そして c)その保護グレージングシートにフッ素樹脂の中間層を積層すること、 の工程からなる、保護グレージング積層品の製造方法。 19.積層の前に、シランカップリング剤をフッ素樹脂フィルム層に添加する工 程をさらに含む請求項18記載の方法。 20.フッ素樹脂フィルム中間層が、オートクレーブ中で真空下に100〜200℃、 20〜60分間、保護グレージングシートに積層される請求項18記載の方法。
