Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ボア内に可動式ピストンを備える装置を配置するためのアクチュエータ及び 前記ピストンに対する油圧を制御し、電気信号に応じて前記ピストンを移動させ る電気油圧式サーボバルブにおいて、前記電気信号喪失時に所定位置に前記ピス トンを保持するための改善された障害時固定式バルブが、 前記ピストンの一部の周囲に密着して嵌合するように配置され、その周辺に配 置されるアパーチャ手段を備えるスリーブ手段と、 前記アパーチャ手段内に挿入されるように適合し、前記アパーチャ手段内で径 方向に移動可能な摩擦パッド手段と、 前記スリーブ手段の一部の周囲をなし、前記摩擦パッド手段に密着して嵌合す るように配置される可撓性スリーブ手段と、 前記電気信号の喪失時に動作し、前記ピストンからの油圧を排出し、前記可撓 性スリーブ手段にロック圧力を供給し、それにより前記可撓性スリーブ手段が前 記ロック圧力を前記摩擦パッド手段に伝達し、前記ピストンが固定位置にクラン プされるように前記ピストンに対して前記摩擦パッド手段を押圧するバルブ手段 とを備えることを特徴とする障害時固定式バルブ。 2.前記バルブ手段が前記電気信号を受信するように適合した第1ステージバル ブを備え、それにより前記第1ステージバルブの位置が受信した前記電気信号に 比例し、前記第1ステージバルブが前記電気信号に応じて可変の油圧出力を生成 し、前記第1ステージバルブの前記可変油圧出力に流通する第2ステージバルブ が、前記ピストン上の圧力を排出するように切替えられ、前記摩擦パッド手段に 前記ロック圧力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の障害時固定式バル ブ。 3.前記第1ステージバルブが複動式トルクモータバルブであることを 特徴とする請求項2に記載の障害時固定式バルブ。 4.前記スリーブ手段が周辺溝部を有し、前記溝部が、前記溝部において前記可 撓性スリーブ手段が軸方向に移動しないように固定するための前記アパーチャ手 段を越えて軸方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の障害時固定式バ ルブ。 5.ボア内の可動式ピストンが動作しないようにクランプするためのクランプ装 置であって、前記クランプ装置が、 前記可動式ピストンの一部を包囲するように適合した壁部材を備え、前記壁部 材を通るアパーチャ手段を有する本体手段と、 前記アパーチャ手段内に収容されるように適合し、前記アパーチャ手段内で軸 方向に移動可能な摩擦パッド手段と、 前記壁部材の一部を包囲するように適合し、前記摩擦パッド手段と接触するよ うに配置される可撓性スリーブ手段とを備え、前記可撓性スリーブ手段が、外力 により与えられるクランプ圧力を受け、また前記摩擦パッド手段に前記クランプ 圧力を伝達し、前記可動式ピストンを動かないようにクランプするために前記可 動式ピストンに対して前記摩擦パッド手段を押圧するように適合することを特徴 とするクランプ装置。 6.前記壁部材が周辺溝部を備え、前記周辺溝部が前記周辺溝部における前記可 撓性スリーブ手段が軸方向に移動しないように固定するために前記アパーチャ手 段を越えて軸方向に延在することを特徴とする請求項7に記載のクランプ装置。 7.前記可撓性スリーブ手段が弾性材料であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載 のクランプ装置。
