Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 低圧時には1回のポンプサイクルで高圧時よりも高い供給容積を発生する低 圧および高圧において流体を供給するためのピストンポンプであって、ポン プシリンダ(2)内を動き予圧力によって圧力室(7)の供給終点位置に押 し付けられている低圧供給ピストン(4)、高圧供給ピストン(11)、入 り口および出口弁(9,10)を有し、さらに入り口および出口弁(9,1 0)の間に流体供給通路(5)が形成されており、低圧供給ピストン(4) は予圧力に対抗して供給開始位置に押し戻すことができるピストンポンプ( 1)において、 流体供給通路(5)が低圧供給ピストン(4)を貫通し、 低圧供給ピストン(4)に供給開始位置へ移動する場合に閉止する弁(6) が設けられれており、 高圧供給ピストン(11)および低圧供給ピストン(4)は共通の圧力室( 7)で動作し、および 高圧供給ピストン(11)が低圧供給ピストン(4)を予圧力に抗して移動 させることを特徴とするピストンポンプ。 2. 特に、高圧供給ピストン(11)が低圧供給ピストン(4)よりも小さな断 面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストンポンプ。 3. 特に、高圧供給ピストン(11)が低圧供給ピストン(4)を予圧力に抗し て移動させることを特徴とする上記請求項の1または2以上のいずれかに記 載のピストンポンプ。 4. 特に、弁(6)が圧力で動作する逆止弁であることを特徴とする上記請求項 の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピストンボンプ。 5. 特に、弁(6)が強制的に操作される弁であることを特徴とする上記請求項 の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。 6. 特に、高圧供給ピストン(11)が弁(6)を作動させることを特徴とする 上記請求項の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。 7. 特に、弁(6)が平板弁として形成されていることを特徴とする上記請求項 の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。 8. 特に、弁(6)が低圧供給ピストン(4)のピストン底部を貫通する作動端 部(15)を有していることを特徴とする上記請求項の1または2以上のい ずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。 9. 特に、予圧力がばね(3)によって与えられていることを特徴とする上記請 求項の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。 10.特に、ばね(3)が弁(6)を閉止位置に押し付けていることを特徴とする 上記請求項の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。 11.特に、入り口弁(9)と低圧供給ピストン(4)の間の流体流通路(容積) を低減させるため、低圧供給ピストン(4)の背面側に柱状の突起を有して いることを特徴とする上記請求項の1または2以上のいずれかに記載のピス トンポンプ。 12.特に、ポンプシリンダ(2)に保守のために開放可能なポンプシリンタ底部 (31)を設けたことを特徴とする上記請求項の1または2以上のいずれか に記載のピストンポンプ。 13.特に、ポンプシリンタ底部(31)がポンプハウジング(32)にねじ込み 固定されることを特徴とする上記請求項の1または2以上のいずれかに記載 のピストンポンプ。 14.特に、ポンプシリンタ底部(31)をカップ縁部外壁にねじ込みねじ(33 )を有するカップ状に構成したことを特徴とする上記請求項の1または2以 上のいずれかに記載のピストンポンプ。
