Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.湿潤ビールかす(1)を第1乾燥段階(2)で機械的に予備乾燥し、更な る乾燥段階(4)で熱乾燥し、最後に燃焼又はガス化により熱的に利用する、湿 潤ビールかす(1)を熱的に利用する方法において、機械的に脱水されたビール かす(15)を更なる乾燥段階(4)において醸造所のエネルギーシステム内で 生じるスモークガスの助けにより加熱することを特徴とする方法。 2.醸造所で生じるスモークガスが蒸気を発生することを目的とする天然ガス の燃焼により形成される請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3.ビールかすのガス化中に形成されるガスがエネルギー的に利用され、好ま しくは醸造所システム(第2図)内で蒸気を発生するためのエネルギーキャリヤ として使用される請求の範囲1又は2に記載の方法。 4.電界の助けにより毛細管水を除去することを目的とした補助乾燥を行って ビールかすを機械的に予備乾燥することを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜4のいずれ かに記載の方法。 5.高周波フィールドの助けにより毛細管水を除去することを目的とした補助 乾燥を行ってビールかす(1)を機械的に予備乾燥することを特徴とする請求の 範囲1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.ビールかすの機械的予備乾燥を、少なくとも65質量%の水含有率となる ように、好ましくは少なくとも62質量%の水含有率となるように行う請求の範 囲1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。 7.機械的に予備乾燥されたビールかす(5)の熱乾燥のために太陽エネルギ ーを更に用いることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。 8.更なる乾燥段階(4)において、ビールかす(5)をその自動燃焼を可能 とする水含有率となるように乾燥し、好ましくは少なくとも55質量%の水含有 率となるように乾燥することを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜7のいずれかに記載の 方法。 9.機械的予備乾燥で形成されるパルププレス水を嫌気性処理し、それにより 形成されたメタン含有ガスを、好ましくは醸造所システム内で蒸気を発生させる ためのエネルギーキャリヤとしてエネルギー的に利用することを特徴とする請求 の範囲1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.乾燥されたビールかす(15)の燃焼で形成される排ガスを、醸造所( 第1図)のスチームボイラで形成された排ガスと共に運び出すことを特徴とする 請求の範囲1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.ビールかすと他の有機バイオゲン廃棄物質との混合物を熱的に利用する ことを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.ビールかす(1)の最初の乾燥段階(2)を構成する機械的乾燥機(3 ,21)と、機械的に脱水されたビールかす(5)のための更なる乾燥段階(4 )を構成する熱乾燥機(6,22)と、乾燥されたビールかす(15)を燃焼又 はガス化することにより熱利用するための装置(17,23)を含んで成り、醸 造所のエネルギーシステムのスチームボイラーからスモークガスを運び出すダク ト(7)が熱乾燥機(6,22)に通じていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1〜 11のいずれかに記載の方法を行うためのプラント。 13.ビールかすの熱利用のための装置が燃焼ボイラ(17)(第1図)を含 んで成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲12に記載のプラント。 14.燃焼ボイラ(17)が蒸気発生手段(18)(第1図)を備え ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲13に記載のプラント。 15.蒸気発生手段(18)が醸造所(第1図)のエネルギーシステムとカッ プリングしていることを特徴とする請求の範囲14に記載のプラント。 16.燃焼ボイラ(17)から出るスモークガス排出ダクトがビール製造プラ ント(8)(第1図)の排ガス設備に通じていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1 3〜15のいずれかに記載のプラント。 17.熱乾燥機(6)からの排ガスダクト(14)がビール製造プラント(8 )(第1図)の排ガス設備に通じていることを特徴とする請求の範囲16に記載 のプラント。 18.熱利用のための装置がガス化手段(23)(第2図)を含んで成ること を特徴とする請求の範囲12に記載のプラント。 19.ガス化手段(23)(第2図)から出ておりそして該ガス化装置で生成 したガスを運び出すダクト(25)が醸造所(8)(第2図)のエネルギーシス テムのスチームボイラのバーナ(19)に通じていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲18に記載のプラント。 20.機械的乾燥機が走行スクリーンプレス(21)(第2図)を含んで成る ことを特徴とする請求の範囲12〜19のいずれかに記載のプラント。 21.機械的装置がワーム押出機(3)(第1図)を含んで成ることを特徴と する請求の範囲12〜19のいずれかに記載のプラント。 22.熱乾燥機が対流乾燥機(22)(第2図)を含んで成ることを特徴とす る請求の範囲12〜21のいずれかに記載のプラント。 23.熱乾燥機が太陽エネルギーにより操作可能な乾燥手段を含んで 成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲12〜21のいずれかに記載のプラント。 24.熱乾燥、ガス化及び燃焼が装置において一体化されていることを特徴と する請求の範囲12〜23のいずれかに記載のプラント。 25.熱乾燥、ガス化及び燃焼を含んで成る装置から熱排ガスを運び出すダク トが醸造所のエネルギー消費者のスチームボイラに直接通じていることを特徴と する請求の範囲24に記載のプラント。
