Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱として人体から自然に発せられる赤外スペクトル領域における人体組織 に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的測定により人体組織の分析物濃度を決定 する方法において、 (a)上記放射線のスペクトル強度を測定することを含み、 (b)上記放射スペクトル線は組織成分の波長依存性を有し、 (c)所定の放射波長の放射スペクトル線を検出し、 (d)上記赤外スペクトル領域の放射スペクトル線を分析し、 (e)上記放射スペクトル線のスペクトル強度を人体の分析物濃度に相関させる 、ことを含んでなる方法。 2. 熱として人体から自然に発せられる赤外スペクトル領域における人体組織 に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的測定により人体組織の分析物濃度を決定 する装置において、 (a)所定の赤外線波長の上記放射スペクトル線を検出する手段と、 (b)放射スペクトル線のスペクトル強度を検出する手段と、 (c)放射スペクトル線の強度を人体の分析物濃度に相関させる手段と、を具備 してなる装置。 3. 検出手段が検出器手段と放射スペクトル線の波長選択手段の分析手段を具 備し、検出器手段が、電子出力信号を出力する上記分析手段からの受光放射スペ クトル線の強度を検出する手段であり、波長選択手段が人体により放たれた自然 の赤外線において組織分析物放出スペクトル線の重要な波長のみを検出器手段に 達せしめる手段である、請求項2記載の装置。 4. 検出器手段が赤外エネルギーセンサーである、請求項3記載の装置。 5. 分析手段が、放射スペクトル線を濾波して組織分析物放射スペクトル線に 重要な波長のみを通過させもしくは検出器手段に達する前に吸収させるフィルタ ー手段を具備する、請求項3記載の装置。 6. 相関手段が、電子増幅器、信号調整器および検出手段からの電子出力信号 の状態を組織分析物濃度と相関させるマイクロコンピュータを具備する電子的手 段である、請求項2記載の装置。 7. 熱として人体から自然に放たれる赤外スペクトル領域における人体組織に 特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的測定により人体組織の分析物濃度を決定す る装置において、 (a)耳管内に挿入される反射鏡と; (b)赤外線スペクトル領域の放射線が透過する材料からなるプラスチックカバ ーと; (c)鼓膜からの赤外線を受光し検出装置の全ての窓を照射する赤外線導波部材 とを具備し; (d)該赤外線導波部材が、鏡、反射板、レンズ、中空管および光ファイバーか らなる群から選ばれ; (e)シャッターまたはチョッパーからなる光学バルブと; (f)光学赤外線フィルターセットと人体の熱放射の赤外領域に感度のある検出 器からなる検出装置と; (g)負の相関フィルターまたは狭帯域フィルターからなる光学的赤外線フィル ターセットと; (h)人体の熱放射の赤外領域に感度を有し、出力が減算されるように電子的に 接続された少なくとも二つの検出領域からなる検出器とを具備し; (i)上記検出器が、分析物濃度の数値を示す検出器からの電気信号を形成し、 算定し、表示する電子回路、マイクロプロセッサーおよび表示装置に接続されて なる装置。 8. 熱として赤外線波長スペクトルにおいて人体の鼓膜によって自然に放たれ る赤外スペクトル領域の人体組織分析物に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の非侵襲的 測定により血糖濃度を決定する、請求項1記載の方法。 9. 熱として赤外線波長スペクトルにおいて人体の鼓膜によつて自然に放たれ る赤外スペクトル領域の人体組織分析物に特徴的な放射スペクトル線の測定に基 づく、非侵襲的血糖濃度測定のための請求項2記載の装置。
