Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.それぞれが合流端部とポート端部とを有し、該合流端部において接合されて 第1の合流点を形成する、第1、第2、第3のマイクロチャネルと、 該第1、第2、および第3のマイクロチャネルの該ポート端部に各々取り付け られた、第1、第2、および第3の液槽と、 第1の推進圧力P1、第2の推進圧力P2,および第3の推進圧力P3を該第1 、第2、および第3の液槽に各々付与し、第1の切替状態ではP1がP2より高い かまたは低く、且つP3が該第1の合流点における圧力PJにほぼ等しい圧力制御 手段と、 該圧力制御手段に接続され、該第1、第2、または第3の推進圧力を、P1’ がP3’より高いかまたは低く、且つP2’がPJ’にほぼ等しい第2の切替状態 に切り替える切替手段と を有する、液体マイクロスイッチ。 2.前記第1の切替状態がP1>P2であり、且つ前記第2の切替状態がP1’> P3’である、請求項1に記載のマイクロスイッチ。 3.前記第1の切替状態がP1<P2であり、且つ前記第2の切替状態がP1’< P3’である、請求項1に記載のマイクロスイッチ。 4.前記第1の切替状態がP1>P2であり、且つ前記第2の切替状態がP1’< P3’である、請求項1に記載のマイクロスイッチ。 5.前記切替手段が前記推進圧力の2つを同時に切り替える、請求項1に記載の マイクロスイッチ。 6.前記切替手段が前記推進圧力の3つ全てを同時に切り替える、請求項5に記 載のマイクロスイッチ。 7.前記推進圧力が、P2’=P3且つP3’=P2となるように切り替えられる、 請求項5に記載のマイクロスイッチ。 8.前記第2および第3のチャネルのチャネル寸法が等しい、請求項7に記載の マイクロスイッチ。 9.前記マイクロチャネルの1つの上にフローセンサをさらに含む、請求項1に 記載のマイクロスイッチ。 10.第1、第2、および第3のマイクロチャネルの合流点において液体フロー の経路を切り替える方法であって、 第1の推進圧力P1、第2の推進圧力P2,および第3の推進圧力P3を、該第 1、第2、および第3のマイクロチャネルの後部に各々付与し、P1がP2より高 いかまたは低く、且つP3が該合流点における圧力PJにほぼ等しい工程と、 該第1、第2、第3の推進圧力を、P1’がP3’より高いかまたは低く、且つ P2’がPJ’にほぼ等しい第2の切替状態に切り替える工程と を包含する、方法。
