Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.結合組織の刺激器具であって、使用者によって握られるハンドルと、ハン ドルから外方に延びるベース・ヘッドと、該ベース・ヘッドから外方に延びてい て使用者がハンドルを握り操作するときに異常な結合組織をほぼ同時に穴開けす る複数の突起手段とからなる結合組織の刺激器具。 2.前記ハンドルは前記突起手段の向きを決める探知器手段をさらに有するこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の結合組織の刺激器具。 3.前記探知手段は視覚的に知覚できることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の結 合組織の刺激器具。 4.前記探知手段は触覚的に知覚できることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の結 合組織の刺激器具。 5.前記突起手段は金属からなることを特徴とする前記請求項のうちの任意の 一項に記載の結合組織の刺激器具。 6.前記突起手段は重合体からなることを特徴とする前記請求項1から4まで のうちの任意の一項に記載の結合組織の刺激器具。 7.複数の突起が並列に配置されていることを特徴とする前記請求項のうちの 任意の一項に記載の結合組織の刺激器具。 8.一端が前記ヘッドに固定されかつ他端が前記ハンドルに固定された細長い シャフトをさらに有することを特徴とする前記請求項のうちの任意の一項に記載 の結合組織の刺激器具。 9.前記細長いシャフトは前記ヘッドから取り外しできることを特徴とする請 求項8に記載の結合組織の刺激器具。 10.前記細長いシャフトは前記ハンドルから取り外しできることを特徴とす る請求項8に記載の結合組織の刺激器具。 11.生理反応を刺激する異常な結合組織に選択的にかつ多数穴を開ける複数 の突起と、該突起に接続されていて操作者によって穴開けを行うハンドルとから なる結合組織の刺激器具。 12.複数の突起および1つのハンドルを持つ器具を準備すること、外科的処 置のさいに結合組織の出血および結果としての生理反応を刺激するように異常な 結合組織に穴を開けるためにハンドルによって前記突起を操作することからなる 結合組織の刺激方法。 13.前記外科的処置は皮下に行うことを特徴とした請求項12に記載の刺激 方法。 14.前記外科的処置は関節細胞に行うことを特徴とした請求項12に記載の 刺激方法。 15.前記外科的処置は筋肉下に行うことを特徴とした請求項12に記載の刺 激方法。 16.前記外科的処置は関節に行うことを特徴とした請求項12に記載の刺激 方法。 17.前記生理反応は炎症であることを特徴とした請求項12に記載の刺激方 法。 18.前記生理反応は細胞増殖であることを特徴とした請求項12に記載の刺 激方法。 19.前記生理反応は膠原復位であることを特徴とした請求項12に記載の刺 激方法。 20.前記生理反応は繊維質の治療であることを特徴とした請求項12に記載 の刺激方法。
