Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.窒化シリコン、炭窒化物、酸窒化物、または酸炭窒化物を主成分とする薄い 層(6、16、28)で被覆された、あるいは薄い層のスタックにおいて、その 最後の層がこの組成を有するスタックで被覆された、ガラス基板タイプの透明基 板(1、1’、1”)であって、腐蝕性種を含有する雰囲気と接触する曲げおよ び/または強靭化タイプの熱処理中での前記層の劣化を防止する目的で、前記層 が、このタイプの高温腐蝕から保護しかつ/または少なくとも一種類の金属をそ の組成に導入することによって「ドープされた」層(7、17)で覆われること を特徴とする基板。 2.前記層(6、16)が、少なくとも一種類のAlタイプの金属を25重量% まで、特に3重量%から12重量%の間でその組成に導入することによって、「 ドープされる」ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の基板。 3.保護層(7、17)が、金属の形か、または酸素が化学量論的に少ない金属 酸化物の形で付着し、熱処理中に完全に酸化されるようにすることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項または第 2項に記載の基板。 4.金属の形でまたは酸素が化学量論的に少ない金属酸化物の形で付着した保護 層(7、17)が、厚くても10nmの厚さであり、特に1nmから5nmの間 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項に記載の基板。 5.保護層(7、17)が、金属酸化物、酸炭化物、または酸窒化物の形で付着 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の基板。 6.金属酸化物、酸炭化物、または酸窒化物の形で付着した層(7、17)が、 厚くても20nmの厚さであり、特に2nmから10nmの間であることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の基板。 7.酸化物がNa2Oタイプの腐蝕性種を高温でブロックし/吸収することができ る少なくとも一種類の金属であって、特にNb、Sn、Ta、Ti、およびZr から選択される金属を、保護層(7、17)が含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項から第6項のいずれか一項に記載の基板。 8.窒化シリコンベースの層(6、16、28)が薄い層のスタックの一部を形 成し、熱的特性、特にフィルタリング特性、 太陽防護特性、および低放射率特性を有してかつ/または導電特性を有する少な くとも一層の機能性層(4、10、14、20、25)の上に特に付着されるこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第7項のいずれか一項に記載の基板。 9.前記機能性層(4、10、14、20、25)が、金属タイプのものであり 、特に、銀、金、アルミニウム、ニッケル、クロム、またはステンレス鋼を主成 分とするものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の基板。 10.前記機能性層(4、10、14、20、25)が、TiN、CrN、Nb N、またはZrNなどの金属窒化物タイプのものであることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第8項に記載の基板。 11.前記機能性層(4、10、14、20、25)が、ITO、F:SnO2 、In:ZnO、F:ZnO、Al:ZnO、またはSn:ZnOなどの、ドー プ金属酸化物タイプのものであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の基 板。 12.一方では、「内側」の誘電性被覆物(2、3)と、他方では、「外側」の 誘電性被覆物(6)との間に、好ましくは薄い金属層(5)を介して付着された 、少なくとも一層の銀をベースとした層(4)を含む薄い層のスタックを備え、 前記外側 の誘電性被覆物が窒化シリコン層(6)を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第9 項に記載の基板。 13.薄い層のスタックが、少なくとも二層の機能性層を含み、特に二層または 三層の銀をベースとした層(10、14)を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 8項に記載の基板。 14.加熱されたウィンドウタイプの電気的特性を有するウィンドウ、および/ または耐光性、フィルタリング特性、または低放射率特性を有するウィンドウタ イプの熱的特性を有し、曲げ性/強靭化性を有するウィンドウの製造への、請求 の範囲第1項から第13項のいずれか一項に記載の基板の適用。 15.サイドウィンドウまたは風防ガラスタイプの、モノリシックまたは積層ウ ィンドウ、特に建築物用またはモータービークル両用に用いられるウィンドウの 製造への、請求の範囲第13項に記載の適用。
