Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. PTH-2受容体アゴニストであり、かつPTH/PTHrP受容体アゴニストである PTHrP類似体。 2. PTHrP類似体がアミノ酸残基5および23においてそれに相当するPTHの残 基へ変更されている、請求項1記載のPTHrP類似体。 3. PTHrP残基5における変更がイソロイシンからヒスチジンへのアミノ酸置 換であり、かつ、PTHrP残基23における変更がトリプトファンからフェニルアラ ニンへのアミノ酸置換である、請求項2記載のPTHrP類似体。 4. PTHrP類似体[Ile5,Trp23]hPTHrP(1-36)。 5. PTH-2受容体選択性アンタゴニストであるPTHrP類似体。 6. 類似体がPTHrPアミノ酸残基23でそれに相当するPTHの残基へ変更されて いる、請求項5記載のPTHrP類似体。 7. PTHrPアミノ酸残基23における変更がトリプトファンからフェニルアラ ニンへの置換である、請求項6記載のPTHrP類似体。 8. PTHrP類似体[Trp23]hPTHrP(1-36)。 9. 患者のPTH-2受容体の活性化を阻害するのに十分な、治療上有効量の請 求項6のPTHrP類似体を患者に投与することを含んでなる、変更されたまたは過 剰に作用するPTH-2受容体に起因する内科疾患を治療する方法。 10. 患者のPTH-2受容体の活性化を阻害するのに十分な、治療上有効量の 請求項7のPTHrP類似体を患者に投与することを含んでなる、変更されたまたは 過剰に作用するPTH-2受容体に起因する内科疾患を治療する方法。 11. 患者のPTH-2受容体の活性化を阻害するのに十分な、治療上有効量の 請求項8のHHrP類似体を患者に投与することを含んでなる、変更されたまたは過 剰に作用するPTH-2受容体に起因する内科疾患を治療する方法。 12. 患者のPTH/PTHrP受容体およびPTH-2受容体の活性化に十分な、治療上 有効量の請求項2のPTHrP類似体を患者に投与することを含んでなる、骨粗鬆症 の治療方法。 13. 患者のPTH/PTHrP受容体およびPTH-2受容体の活性化に十分な、治療上 有効量の請求項3のPTHrP類似体を患者に投与することを含んでなる、骨粗鬆症 の治療方法。 14. 患者のPTH/PTHrP受容体およびPTH-2受容体の活性化に十分な、治療上 有効量の請求項4のPTHrP類似体を患者に投与することを含んでなる、骨粗鬆症 の治療方法。
