Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.両面にコンタクト層を備えた膜(4)を有する複数の膜状電解セル(2)を 備え、各コンタクト層にそれぞれ接触板(5)が配置され、各接触板(5)は所 属したコンタクト層側の表面に水及び/又はガスを輸送するための通路系(14 )を有することを特徴とする電解装置(1)。 2.各接触板(5)の通路系(14)が同心状の環状セグメントの形に形成され ていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電解装置(1)。 3.複数の膜状電解セル(2)が直列に電気接続されていることを特徴とする請 求項1または2に記載の電解装置(1)。 4.各コンタクト層とそれに所属した接触板(5)との間に多孔性の導電板(6 )が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の電解装 置(1)。 5.膜(4)の両面に配置された接触板(5)の通路系(14)に、互いに独立 して媒質、特に水あるいは脱イオン水が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1乃 至4のいずれかに記載の電解装置(1)。 6.複数の膜状電解セル(2)が、膜状電解セル(2)を互いに締付ける固定部 材(12)を各側面(10)にそれぞれ備えたケース(8)の内部に積層して配 置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の電解装置(1 )。 7.1個または各々の膜(4)のコンタクト層が、膜(4)の電流供給が停止し たときこの膜の電圧信号の減衰時間を調べる分析部(30)に電気的に接続され ていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の電解装置(1)。 8.ガス純度を調べるためのセンサーが分析部(30)に接続されていることを 特徴とする請求項7に記載の電解装置(1)。
