Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)10乃至90重量%の結晶質プロピレンホモポリマー及び b)90乃至10重量%の、ポリマーの総重量に基づくコモノマーの重量%が0.05 乃至15の範囲である結晶質プロピレンコポリマー を含む結晶質プロピレンポリマー組成物であり、そのポリマーが2.1乃至10の 範囲の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有し、2つのメタロセン触媒成分を含むメ タロセン触媒系を用いて得られる結晶質プロピレンポリマー組成物。 2.a)10乃至90重量%の、3.0未満の分子量分布を有するアイソタクチック結 晶質プロピレンホモポリマー及び b)90乃至10重量%の、ポリマーの総重量に基づくコモノマーの重量%が0.05 乃至15の範囲であり、3.0未満の分子量分布を有する結晶質プロピレンコポ リマー を含む、2.1乃至10の範囲の分子量分布(Mw/Mn)を有する結晶質プロピ レンポリマー組成物。 3.コモノマーの重量%が0.1乃至10.0である、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の ポリマー組成物。 4.コモノマーが、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン及び1-オクテ ンから成る群から選ばれる、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1請求項に記載のポリ マー組成物。 5.結晶質プロピレンホモポリマーの重量%が20乃至80の範囲である、請求項1 乃至4のいずれか1請求項に記載のポリマー組成物。 6.分子量分布が2.5乃至7.0の範囲sである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1請求 項に記載のポリマー組成物。 7.ヘキサン抽出物量が、21CFR177.1520(d)(3)(ii)により測定された2.0重 量%未満である、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1請求項に記載のポリマー組成物 。 8.メタロセン触媒系がさらにアルキルアルモキサン及び多孔質支持体物質を含 む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1請求項に記載のポリマー組成物。 9.ホモポリマーがアイソタクチックである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1請求 項に記載のポリマー組成物。 10.メタロセン触媒系が、各々、式、 [式中、Mは、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タン タル、クロム、モリブデン及びタングステンから成る群から選ばれ、 R1及びR2は、異なるか又は同じであり、水素原子、C1−C10アルキル基、 好ましくはC1−C3アルキル基、C1−C10アルコキシ基、C6−C10アリール 基、C6−C10アリールオキシ基、C2−C10アルケニル基、C2−C4アルケニ ル基、C7−C40アリールアルキル基、C7−C40アルキルアリール基、C8− C40アリールアルケニル基、又はハロゲン原子の1つであり、 R3及びR4は水素原子であり、 R5及びR6は同じか又は異なり、ハロゲン原子、ハロゲン化されていてもよい C1−C10アルキル基、ハロゲン化されていてもよいC6−C10アリール基、C 2−C10アルケニル基、C7−C40アリールアルキル基、C7−C40アルキルア リール基、C8−C40アリールアルケニル基、-NR15 2、-SR15、-OR15、 −OSiR15 3又はPR15 2基(式中、R15はハロゲン原子、C1−C10アルキル基 又はC6−C10アリール基の1つである)の1つであり、 R7は、 -B(R11)-、-Al(R11)-、-Ge-、-Sn-、-O-、-S-、-SO-、-SO2-、 -N(R11)-、-CO-、-P(R11)-又は-P(O)(R11)- (式中、R11、R12及びR13は同じか又は異なり、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、 C1−C20アルキル基、C1−C20フルオロアルキル基、C6−C30アリール 基、C6−C30フルオロアリール基、C1−C20アルコキシ基、C2−C20ア ルケニル基、C7−C40アリールアルキル基、C8−C40アリールアルケニル 基、C7−C40アルキルアリール基であるか又は、R11とR12又は、R11と R13はそれらを結合する原子とともに環状系を形成することができ、M2は 、珪素、ゲルマニウム又は錫である)、 であり R8及びR9は同じか又は異なり、R11に関して記載した意味を有し、 m及びnは同じか又は異なり、0、1又は2、m+nは0、1又は2であり、 基R10は同じか又は異なり、R11、R12及びR13に関して記載した意味を有し 、2つの隣接したR10基はともに結合して環状系を形成することができる] により個々に表わされる2つのメタロセンを含む、請求項1乃至9のいずれか 1請求項に記載のポリマー。 11.(a)1つの工程においてプロピレンを重合する工程、 (b)別の工程において、プロピレンとコモノマーを共重合する工程及び (c)ポリマーの総重量に基づいて0.05乃至15重量%のコモノマー単位を含有 す る結晶質プロピレンポリマーを回収する工程 を含み、重合工程(a)及び(b)を、2つの異なるメタロセン触媒成分を含むメタ ロセン触媒系の存在下で行う、結晶質ポリプロピレン組成物を製造する方法。 12.(a) 第一の工程においてプロピレンを重合する工程、 (b) 第二の工程において、第一の工程の生成物の存在下でプロピレンとコモノ マーを共重合する工程及び (c) ポリマーの総重量に基づいて0.05乃至15重量%のコモノマー単位を含有す る結晶質プロピレンポリマーを回収する工程 を含み、重合工程(a)及び(b)を、2つの異なるメタロセン触媒成分を含むメタ ロセン触媒系の存在下で行う、結晶質ポリプロピレン組成物を製造する方法。 13.コモノマーが、エチレン、1-ブテン、1-ペンテン、1-ヘキセン及び1-オクテ ンから成る群から選ばれる、請求項11又は請求項12に記載のポリマー組成物。 14.結晶質プロピレンポリマーがポリマーの総重量に基づいて0.5乃至8重量% のコモノマー単位を含む、請求項11乃至13のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 15.結晶質プロピレンポリマーがポリマーの総重量に基づいて0.5乃至5重量% のコモノマー単位を含む、請求項11乃至14のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 16.メタロセン触媒系が、各々、式、 [式中、Mは、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タン タル、クロム、モリブデン及びタングステンから成る群から選ばれ、 R1及びR2は、異なるか又は同じであり、水素原子、C1−C10アルキル基、好 ましくはC1−C3アルキル基、C1−C10アルコキシ基、C6−C10アリール基、 C6−C10アリールオキシ基、C2−C10アルケニル基、C2−C4アルケニル基、 C7−C40アリールアルキル基、C7−C40アルキルアリール基、C8−C40アリ ールアルケニル基、又はハロゲン原子の1つであり、 R3及びR4は水素原子であり、 R5及びR6は同じか又は異なり、ハロゲン原子、ハロゲン化されていてもよいC1 −C10アルキル基、ハロゲン化されていてもよいC6−C10アリール基、C2− C10アルケニル基、C7−C40アリールアルキル基、C7−C40アルキルアリール 基、C8−C40アリールアルケニル基、-NR15 2、-SR15、-OR15、-OSiR15 3 又はPR15 2基(式中、R15はハロゲン原子、C1−C10アルキル基又はC6−C1 0 アリール基の1つである)の1つであり、 R7は、 -B(R11)-、-Al(R11)-、-Ge-、-Sn-、-O-、-S-、-SO-、-SO2-、-N (R11)-、-CO-、-P(R11)-又は-P(O)(R11)- (式中、R11、R12及びR13は同じか又は異なり、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、C 1−C20アルキル基、C1−C20フルオロアルキル基、C6−C30アリール基、 C6−C30フルオロアリール基、C1−C20アルコキシ基、C2−C20アルケニ ル基、C7−C40アリールアルキル基、C8−C40アリールア ルケニル基、C7−C40アルキルアリール基であるか又は、R11とR12又は 、R11とR13はそれらを結合する原子とともに環状系を形成することができ 、M2は、珪素、ゲルマニウム又は錫である) であり、 R8及びR9は同じか又は異なり、R11に関して記載した意味を有し、 m及びnは同じか又は異なり、0、1又は2、m+nは0、1又は2であり、 基R10は同じか又は異なり、R11、R12及びR13に関して記載した意味を有し 、2つの隣接したR10基はともに結合して環状系を形成することができる] により個々に表わされる2つのメタロセンを含む、請求項11乃至15のいずれか 1請求項に記載の方法。 17.メタロセン触媒系がさらに多孔質支持体物質及びアルキルアルモキサン活性 剤を含む、請求項11乃至16のいずれか1請求項に記載の方法。 18.a)10乃至90重量%の結晶質アイソタクチックプロピレンホモポリマー及び b)90乃至10重量%の、ポリマーの総重量に基づくコモノマーの重量%が0.05 乃至15の範囲である結晶質プロピレンコポリマー を含み、2つのメタロセン触媒成分を含むメタロセン触媒系を用いて製造され 、2.1乃至10の範囲の分子量分布を有する結晶質プロピレンポリマー を含有する延伸フイルム。 19.フイルムが少なくとも1つの方向に少なくとも1回二軸延伸される、請求項 18に記載のフイルム。 20.フイルムが逐次的に延伸される、請求項18又は請求項19に記載のフイルム。 21.フイルムが同時に延伸される、請求項18乃至20のいずれか1請求項に記載の フイルム。 22.a)10乃至90重量%の、3未満の分子量分布を有する結晶質アイソタクチッ クプロピレンホモポリマー及び b)90乃至10重量%の、3未満の分子量分布を有し、ポリマーの総重量に基づ くコモノマーの重量%が0.05乃至15の範囲である結晶質プロピレンコポリマ ー を含み、2.1乃至10の範囲の分子量分布を有する結晶質プロピレンポリマー組 成物を含有する延伸フイルム。 23.フイルムが少なくとも1つの方向に少なくとも1回二軸延伸される、請求項 22に記載のフイルム。 24.フイルムが逐次的に又は同時に延伸される、請求項22又は請求項23に記載の フイルム。 25.請求項1に記載の結晶質プロピレンポリマーからフイルムを製造し、そのフ イルムを、80℃乃至190℃の範囲の温度で縦方向及び横断方向の両方に延伸す ることを含む、二軸延伸フイルムを製造する方法。
