Claims (3)
- イオン源と、リング電極と該リング電極を挟んで配置されるエンドキャップ電極とから構成されるイオントラップと、該イオントラップからのイオンの射出方向に直交する方向に加速電場を形成して前記イオンを加速する加速部と、加速された前記イオンの飛行時間を測定する飛行時間測定部とを備えることを特徴とする質量分析装置。
- イオン源と、リング電極と該リング電極を挟んで配置されるエンドキャップ電極とから構成されるイオントラップと、該イオントラップから射出されたイオンを加速電場により加速する加速部と、加速された前記イオンの飛行時間を測定する飛行時間測定部とを備え、前記加速電場の方向と前記イオントラップからの前記イオンの射出方向は９０度より大きい角度をなすことを特徴とする質量分析装置。
- 請求項１又は請求項２に記載の質量分析装置において、前記リング電極及び前記エンドキャップ電極は相互に平行な平板電極であることを特徴とする質量分析装置。
