−3}は、建設当初から、自由に間仕切りを使用者の好
みによって実施する事を前提に建造した基本型とも言う
べき、一階及び二階の平面図の一例である。この基本型
は、間仕切りの変更が、事故・故障の原因、及び余計な
経済的負担増とならぬ様に配慮した為に、家屋への出入
り口・階段・水まわり(炊事・風呂・便所等)は、変更
出来ない造り付けとした。{図1−2}及び{図1−
4}は、R:隠居部屋及びG:客間の存在が特徴であろ
う。{図2−1}及び{図2−3}は夫婦と子供1人の
水入らずで、子供部屋(N)が必要であるか、これを客
間(G)として使用するかは、子供の成長度合いによっ
て定めることになろう。{図2−2}及び{図2−4}
は、子供が二人となり、それぞれが受験を控えていると
いう大切な時期である故に、N:子供部屋を南向に二つ
設け、父母は静かに、居室:Lの片隅に書斎:Sを設け
た以外は、二階の寝室(Be)は必要最小限に留めてい
る。必要なるが故に、本発明と類似した間仕切り変更に
関する発明が、多く、提出されているのであるが、本
「移動可能な間仕切り」の発明は、既設の天井・壁・床
等を模様替えによって痛める程度を最小限とし、間仕切
りを自由に、何度でも、簡単に、変更・移動する事が出
来る点に特徴がある。即ち、新たな間仕切りの固定法と
して 図3に示す柱の固定法(圧力式固定法)によって
着脱自在となし得た事が本発明の特徴である。即ち、図
3の右側の断面図の上部及び下部に記載した廻り縁風型
枠及び巾木風型枠の底面には、それぞれ厚さ約2c
mの復元力のある物質(例えば弾力性のあるゴム板等)
を敷き詰める。これら弾性ある型枠を、天井及び床面の
所要な位置に固定する。組支柱を図に示した様に菱形A
−B−C−Dに変形させて、先ず、下部の巾木風型枠に
差し込み、廻り縁風型枠に吻合するように、組支柱が短
形となる方向に押し込むか、叩き込む。短形と成れば、
型枠中の弾性体は約半分の厚さに圧縮されて、然も隣接
する既存の壁或いは柱に密着する。圧縮された弾性体の
復元力によって、組支柱は固定する。これが本発明の支
柱固定法の特徴である。短形と成った組支柱に両面から
化粧板を貼れば、菱形に復元する事無く、堅固な壁が出
来あがる。尚、化粧板の間に断熱材或いは遮音材を充填
すれば、更に壁としての効果を発揮する事になる。
