In the present invention, a main vertical body edge is provided for the column and a sub-vertical body edge is provided for the stud, and an upper horizontal body edge is provided above the column for the upper horizontal member. At the lower part of the column, a lower horizontal rim is fixed to the lower horizontal member. The upper and lower horizontal members have ventilation gaps as described above. Further, the outer wall material is fixed via the main vertical trunk edge, the sub vertical trunk edge, the upper horizontal trunk edge, and the lower horizontal trunk edge. Therefore, even if the interior material is mounted on the pillars and studs facing the outer wall material, and a closed space is formed between the outer wall material and the interior material, the pillar, etc., the closed space is formed by the ventilation gap. , An air passage is formed.

Therefore, air due to natural convection always flows into the closed space between the ventilation gap of the lower horizontal member and the ventilation gap of the upper horizontal member. Therefore, an air flow is generated from the ventilation path of the lower horizontal member to the ventilation path of the upper horizontal member, and the air in the closed space is naturally replaced to prevent dew condensation. Therefore, it is very useful for preventing the occurrence of stains and rot fungi.

Further, since the wall structure has the above-mentioned structure, the function as a bearing wall is sufficiently exhibited. Therefore, it is possible to provide a ventilation construction of the load-bearing wall, which can prevent dew condensation and can secure a wall magnification of a necessary strength as the load-bearing wall. The wall magnification is an index indicating the strength of the load-bearing wall. Also, the upper horizontal material,
The lower horizontal member is a member positioned vertically, and the upper horizontal member is generally referred to as a girder or trunk, and the lower horizontal member is referred to as a base.

Next, as in the second aspect of the present invention, an intermediate horizontal member is disposed between the upper horizontal member and the lower horizontal member.
The intermediate and upper horizontal members and the intermediate and lower horizontal members are provided between the intermediate horizontal member and the upper horizontal member, and between the intermediate horizontal member and the lower horizontal member. The main vertical and secondary vertical rims extending between the horizontal and horizontal members are fixed, and the intermediate horizontal rim between the main vertical and secondary vertical rims is used for intermediate horizontal members. At least one between the front end of the intermediate horizontal trunk edge and the side surface of the main vertical trunk edge or the side surface of the sub vertical trunk edge is provided with a ventilation gap, and the outer wall material is fixed. It is preferable to be fixed to the above-mentioned structural body through the main vertical trunk edge, the sub vertical trunk edge, and the intermediate horizontal trunk edge. In this case, even in the case of two or more floors, the same effects as those of the first aspect of the invention can be obtained.

Next, as in the fifth aspect of the present invention, the longitudinal length of the upper transverse member in the ventilation gap is 30.
It is preferably about 100 mm. When the length of the ventilation gap is less than 30 mm, the sectional area of the ventilation path is small,
As mentioned above, the flow of air by natural circulation is hindered,
The effect of preventing condensation cannot be obtained sufficiently. On the other hand, if the length of the ventilation gap exceeds 100 mm, the space between the upper horizontal member and the outer wall member becomes large. For this reason, the pitch of the fixing member for fastening the outer wall material is separated, and the outer wall material cannot be sufficiently fixed, and the strength (wall magnification) of the load-bearing wall may be reduced.

Next, as in the invention of claim 7, the main vertical trunk edge and the sub vertical trunk edge are fixed to the upper horizontal member, the lower horizontal member, or the intermediate horizontal member by a fixing tool. At this time,
The height of the upper horizontal member, the lower horizontal member or the intermediate horizontal member is 40 to
Preferably it is fixed between 60%. In the case of the above range of 40 to 60%, the main vertical body edge and the auxiliary vertical body edge can be more firmly fixed to the upper horizontal member, the lower horizontal member, and the intermediate horizontal member. In the case where the object to be fixed is the intermediate horizontal member, the upper and lower vertical trunk edges are arranged at the center of the intermediate horizontal member. For this reason, it is particularly preferable that the intermediate horizontal member is fixed in the range of 40 to 60%, which is the upper and lower half of the height.

Next, as in the invention of claim 8, the outer wall material is fixed at three positions at a pitch of 100 to 150 mm by a fixing tool penetrating the upper horizontal trunk edge, the lower horizontal trunk edge, or the intermediate horizontal trunk edge. The above is fixed to the upper horizontal member, the lower horizontal member, or the intermediate horizontal member, and the upper and lower portions of the outer wall material are fixed by a fixing tool penetrating the main vertical trunk edge and the sub vertical trunk edge. Four or more places are fixed to the pillar at a pitch of ~ 150mm, and the other middle part is 200 ~ 300m

In this case, a bearing wall having a wall magnification of 2.5 or more can be obtained. If the pitch of the fixtures in the main vertical waist edge and the sub vertical waist edge exceeds 150 mm, the outer wall material and the upper horizontal waist edge, the lower horizontal waist edge are fixed to the upper and lower horizontal members, the outer wall material and Insufficient fixing of the main vertical to the pillars,
It is difficult to make the wall magnification 2.5 or more. Note that the lower limit is preferably 100 mm in terms of the number of construction steps and cost. Further, if the number of the three or four places of the fixture is smaller than that, it is difficult to make the wall magnification 2.5 or more.

Next, as in the ninth aspect of the present invention, the fixing position by the fixing tool is a position from the upper and lower ends of the main vertical trunk edge and the sub vertical trunk edge, and a side surface at the main vertical trunk edge. It is preferable that the position from the front edge of the upper horizontal waist edge, the lower horizontal waist edge, and the middle horizontal waist edge be at least 20 mm away from the tip of the wood (see FIGS. 3, 4, and 7). reference). As a result, a sufficient wall magnification of the strength required for the bearing wall can be secured. If the fixing position is located at a position less than 20 mm from the cleaver, there is a possibility that cracks, cracks, and the like may occur near the cleavers of the various trunks and various bridge members. Note that the distance from the kiguchi to the fixture may be referred to as "edge clearance".
