(57)【要約】 【課題】 従来のカバーの技術的な不備を遠ざけ、他
方では視覚的に魅力的であり、また美的見地から既知の
形態に対して際立ったデザインを具体化すること。 【解決手段】 支持パイプ（１）に配設されたジョイ
ントアーム（６）を有する、ジョイントアーム日よけで
あって、落しパイプ（５）と布用シャフト（３）上に配
置された布地ロール（巻き布）との間に日よけ布が広が
り、落しパイプ（５）が引き込まれた状態では、布地ロ
ールと落しパイプ（５）の領域がカバーに覆われている
ジョイントアーム日よけにおいて、カバーが横断面でみ
て、波形、畝状、或いは鋸歯状に形成され、これにより
造形された縦溝が、基本的に支持パイプ（１）と平行に
延びる。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、支持パイプに配設
されたジョイントアームを有するジョイントアーム日よ
けに関するものであり、落しパイプと布用シャフト上に
配された布地ロール（巻き布）との間に日よけ布が広が
り、落しパイプが引き込まれた状態では、布地ロールと
落しパイプの領域はカバーに覆われている。

【従来の技術】この種のジョイントアーム日よけは、例
えばＤＥ２９６１２９０５Ｕ１から公知である。
【０００３】収納した状態のジョイントアーム日よけを
天候の影響や汚れから保護するため、引き込んだ状態で
アーム、布用シャフト、及びジョイントアームを完全に
包み込むケースの中に日よけ布を収納することが知られ
ている。
【０００４】更には、例えば横断面が湾曲した形状であ
り、布用シャフトと布地ロールの周りに延在し、日よけ
布のための出口切れ目を有する雨覆い（防水ブライン
ド、ひさし）も公知である。この雨覆いの下部は半円形
を成しており、その直径は巻き付けられた布地ロールの
直径に合致する。その結果、日よけ布を繰り出す際、日
よけ布は覆いの内側に沿って滑動する。
【０００５】公知であるこの種の覆いの欠点は、覆いに
沿って滑動するする際、布地の表面が引っ掻かれ、点状
の汚れが日よけ布の表面上に付くことにある。また、既
知の解決策には、降りつける雨が前面のみならず、後ろ
側、建物の壁の方へと捌け、湿気と汚れを生じさせると
いう欠点もある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】これに基づいて、本発
明の根底をなす課題は、一方で従来のカバーの技術的な
不備を回避し、他方では視覚的に魅力的であり、また美
的見地から既知の形態に対して際立ったデザインを具体
化することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題は、本発明に従
い、カバーが横断面において、波形、畝状、或いは鋸歯
状に形成され、これにより造形された縦溝が、基本的に
支持パイプと平行に延びることにより解決される。カバ
ーがステンレススチール製の薄板で構成されていれば好
適である。
【０００８】上述した中で話題となっているカバーに限
って言えば、ボックスタイプのカバーでもあり、また日
よけを部分的に覆うだけの雨覆いでもあると解釈される
べきである。
【０００９】本発明による形態は、日よけ布が内側を滑
動する際、線状にカバーと接触するだけなので、その結
果、布地表面上の引っ掻き作用は軽減され、細かい埃粒
子は溝の谷に片付けられるという長所を自ずと伴うこと
となる。
【００１０】降りつける雨は布用シャフトに対して垂直
に、建物の壁に向かってとめどなく流れ落ちるのではな
く、従って、壁にしぶきを飛ばすこともない。水は溝の
谷部を通って横方向へ導かれるか、或いは少なくとも、
水が建物の壁に触れずに、下方に垂直に滴るように流水
に制動がかけられる。
【００１１】薄鋼板の実施態様によりデザイン上魅力的
な外観が得られる。また更に、畝状或いは波形の形状は
鋼板に付加的に強度をもたらし、その結果、鋼板の厚さ
が比較的薄くて済む。使用されたステンレススチールは
塗料コーティングせずに使用可能であり、それでいて風
雨に耐える。そして日よけのフレームが、その他の部分
においてもスチール製の外観を得ていれば、特に理想的
である。
【００１２】更に、カバーの上側に、互いに間隔を置き
互いに平行に補強エレメントが備えられていれば有利で
あろう。当該補強エレメントはカバーに重なり、前面で
カバーの溝に固定されている。

【発明の実施の形態】以下に、本発明を好適な実施例を
基に、図面を用いて詳細に説明する。図示された日よけ
は、壁取付具（図示せず）を用いて建物の壁に固定され
た１本の支持パイプ１を備えて成る。支持パイプ１に湾
曲したホルダー２が固定され、当該ホルダーに布用シャ
フト３が回転駆動可能に支承されている。日よけ布（図
示せず）の布地ロールは布用シャフト３に巻き付けら
れ、日よけ布の自由端はひも溝４を介して落しパイプ５
に連結されている。
【００１４】支持パイプ１にはそれ以外にも、２つのジ
ョイントアーム６が固定され、ジョイントアームの外側
自由端はベンド（湾曲した管状の管継ぎ手）７を介して
落しパイプに連結されている。
【００１５】支持パイプ１には更に、ホルダー８が固定
されている。ホルダーの上側は布用シャフト３のまわり
に、距離を置いて、同心に延在する。カバー９の下側は
ホルダー８の上側と当接し、これに伴い、ホルダーの上
側同様、布用シャフトに対し同心に延在する。そこでカ
バー９は固定されている。これに対して、カバー９の上
側は更に前方へ（図面中では右へ）延びており、その結
果、カバー９の両端部の間に日よけ布用の通路１０が形
成される。カバー９に、側面から覆いキャップ１１が被
せられている。
【００１６】カバー９は鋸歯状、或いは波形に造形され
ているので、布用シャフト３の縦（長手）方向に延びる
波の山部（凸部）１２と波の谷部１３（凹部）が現れ
る。
【００１７】谷部１３はカバー１９の背面１４の領域で
は、水が建物の壁方向へ（図面中では左へ）とめどなく
流れ落ちるのではなく、横方向へ捌ける、或いは少なく
とも排水の際、歯止めがかけられるという結果をもたら
す。
【００１８】内側においては、突起に姿を変えた谷部１
３が、日よけ布に線状に接触し、表面摩擦を回避する。
日よけ布上のほこりは波形の谷部１３へ取り除かれる。

  1. 【請求項１】 支持パイプ（１）に配設されたジョイン
    トアーム（６）を有するジョイントアーム日よけであっ
    て、落しパイプ（５）と布用シャフト（３）上に配され
    た布地ロールとの間に日よけ布が広がり、落しパイプ
    （５）が引き込まれた状態では布地ロールと落しパイプ
    （５）の領域がカバーに覆われているジョイントアーム
    日よけにおいて、 カバー（９）が横断面でみて、波形、畝状、或いは鋸歯
    状に形成され、 これにより造形された縦溝が、支持パイプ（１）と平行
    に延びることを特徴とするジョイントアーム日よけ。
  2. 【請求項２】 カバーがステンレススチール製の薄板で
    構成されることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載のジョイ
    ントアーム日よけ。
  3. 【請求項３】 カバー（９）の上側に、互いに間隔を置
    き互いに平行な補強エレメントが備えられ、当該補強エ
    レメントがカバー（９）に重なり、前面でカバー（９）
    の溝に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項１に記
    載のジョイントアーム日よけ。
