2個の米粒状ハンマー台31、61と、これら2個のハ
ンマー台31にそれぞれ対向する振幅数の異なる2個の
ハンマー32の超音波振動によつてフイルムを溶着す
る。 【効果】 2個のハンマーに殴打数の異なりにより両ハ
ンマーでの発熱量に差がでるので、フイルム18に微妙
な厚みの誤差があつても、前記の発熱差によってフイル

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、2枚重ねの包材を
連続溶着するために、相対移動する包材の重なり部を、
超音波振動による発熱によって溶着する装置に関する。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】例えば筒形に丸めたフ
イルム両側縁の重なり部を超音波振動によつて生ずる熱
により溶着する従来装置は、図7に示すごとく、上下に
振動するハンマー10と、機台11に固定したハンマー
台12との間に2枚の重ね合わせたフイルム13を、矢
印14の方向に移動させ、ハンマーから加わる振動熱に
よってフイルム13を連続的に溶着するものであるが、
前記フイルム13の厚みには微妙な差があり、また局部
的に材質むらがあるから、常に同じ振動では発熱量が各
領域で異なり、このような溶着手段によって形成した容
器を用いて例えば真空包装した場合、該容器のシール部
分でのピンホールや不完全溶着によって空気漏れが起こ
る可能性がある。

【目的】そこで本発明は、包材に対して複数の可動ハン
マーで振動を加え、溶着の平均化によって溶着強度のバ
ランスを図るものである。

【その解決手段】本発明は、包材と相対移動の関係にあ
るハンマー台と、該ハンマーに対して超音波振動衝撃を
加える可動ハンマーとによって、前記の2枚重ねの包材
を発熱溶着する手段であつて、相対移動する前記包材の
移動方向に向け横複数列に設置した可動ハンマー各々の
振動に、周波数或いは振幅数の差を形成して構成する。
かかる周波数の差により、フイルムの薄い部分で周波数
の大きいハンマーは過剰熱をもたらすが、他方の周波数
の小さいハンマーが適温をもたし、対称的にフイルムの
厚い部分では周波数の大きいハンマーが適温をもたらせ
る。
【0005】また両側縁を襟重状に折り曲げた筒形プレ
ートに沿って帯状フイルムを移動させ、該フイルムを同
筒形フレームの断面形状に倣って連続的なチューブに加
工する手段において、前記の襟重ね部における一側の側
縁に一端を固定したバネ片の他端にハンマー台を形成す
ると共に、前記ハンマー台と、該ハンマー台に対して超
音波振動衝撃を並列的に加える複数の可動ハンマーとに
よって、前記チューブフイルムの襟重ね部分を溶着する
手段であつて、前記可動ハンマー各々の振動に、周波数
或いは振幅数の差を形成して構成する。かかる振幅数の
差により、フイルムの薄い部分で振幅数の大きいハンマ
ーは過剰熱をもたらすが、他方の振幅数の小さいハンマ
ーが適温をもたし、対称的にフイルムの厚い部分では振
幅数の大きいハンマーが適温をもたらせる。

【発明の実施形態】図1及びそれを斜めに見た図2のご
とく、断面筒形に折り曲げたプレート15は、その両側
縁16.17を着物の襟のごとく上下で重ね合せると共
に、帯状フイルム18の進入口19には、該フイルムの
抵抗を少なくするために傾斜縁20とV字形縁21とを
形成する。このため該筒形プレート15に沿って引き出
されるフイルム18の一側の縁22は内側の側縁16の
下に潜り、他側縁23は外側縁17の下に潜る。ただこ
の場合プレートの内側縁一部を盗み欠き24しているの
で、フイルムの一側縁22はこの盗み欠き部分24から
上に導き出される結果、両側縁22a.23aは前記の盗
み欠き部分から出た位置で襟重ねされる(図4をも参照
のこと)。
【0007】また前記の筒形プレートにおける内側の側
縁16の中央部に内面に短冊形のバネ片30を固定し、
該バネ片他端の開放端に米粒形の2個のハンマー台3
1、61をそれぞれ並列に膨出すると共に、図4のごと
く前記両ハンマー台31、61に2個の超音波ハンマー
32、62をそれぞれ対向して設置する。
【0008】前記両ハンマー32、62を超音波によっ
て振動させる場合、各ハンマー間に周波数の差を形成す
る。この差をフイルムを通して両ハンマー台31、61
に作用させると、フイルムには発熱量の異なる複数列の
シール痕跡でもってチューブ状に溶着される。要するに
フイルムの薄い部分で周波数の大きいハンマーは過剰熱
をもたらすが、他方の周波数の小さいハンマーが適温を
もたし、対称的にフイルムの厚い部分では周波数の大き
いハンマーが適温をもたらせる。結局フイルム18に微
妙な厚みの誤差があつても、複数ハンマー間の周波数の
差はフイルムに温度差のある複数列のシールを行い溶着
強度を平均化する。
【0009】また前記両ハンマー32、62を超音波に
よって振動させる場合、各ハンマー間に振幅数の差を形
成する。この差を、フイルムを通して両ハンマー台3
1、61に作用させると、フイルムは発熱量の異なる複
数列のシール痕跡でもってチューブ状に溶着され、上記
と同じように、にフイルムの薄い部分で振幅数の大きい
ハンマーは過剰熱をもたらすが、他方の振幅数の小さい
ハンマーが適温をもたし、対称的にフイルムの厚い部分
で振幅数の大きいハンマーが適温をもたらしてフイルム
溶着度を平均化する。
【0010】なお図1ないし図4の実施例は、下方向か
ら引き出した帯状フイルム18を筒形プレート15によ
つてチューブ化するごとく説明したが、筒形フイルムを
180度回転してフイルムを上方向から導き入れること
は可能であり、これは下記の実施例でも逆使用可能なこ
とに当てはまる。
【0011】すなわち図5および図6に示すごとく機台
40に固定した筒形プレート41は下面中央に連続的な
スリツト42を形成し、帯状フイルム43は上方から導
かれて、その両側縁44を合掌状に前記スリツト42か
ら食み出しながら丸める。
【0012】前記筒形プレートの下面には前記スリツト
42を隔て一側に基礎材45を垂設し、該基礎材に短冊
状のバネ片46の一端を固定すると共に、該バネ片の多
端に2個のハンマー台47、64を膨出する一方、機台
8に支持したベルクランク49のハンマー50を前記ハ
ンマー台47に対向させ、前記ベルクランクを振動機5
1に連結する。そこで前記振動機51の動力でハンマー
50を介してハンマー台47に振動を作用させると、ス
リット42から食み出て移動するフイルム合掌部は連続
的に溶着される。なおかかる実施例においても2個のハ
ンマー台47、64に対して2個のハンマーを対向させ
ている。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 包材と相対移動の関係にあるハンマー台
    と、該ハンマーに対して超音波振動衝撃を加える可動ハ
    ンマーとによって、前記の2枚重ねの包材を発熱溶着す
    る手段であつて、相対移動する前記包材の移動方向に向
    け横複数列に設置した可動ハンマー各々の振動に、周波
    数の差を形成したシール装置。
  2. 【請求項2】 包材と相対移動の関係にあるハンマー台
    と、該ハンマーに対して超音波振動衝撃を加える可動ハ
    ンマーとによって、前記の2枚重ねの包材を発熱溶着す
    る手段であつて、相対移動する前記包材の移動方向に向
    け横複数列に設置した可動ハンマー各々の振動に、振幅
    数の差を形成したシール装置。
  3. 【請求項3】 両側縁を襟重状に折り曲げた筒形プレー
    トに沿って帯状フイルムを移動させ、該フイルムを同筒
    形フレームの断面形状に倣って連続的なチューブに加工
    する手段において、前記の襟重ね部における一側の側縁
    に一端を固定したバネ片の他端にハンマー台を形成する
    と共に、前記ハンマー台と、該ハンマー台に対して超音
    波振動衝撃を並列的に加える複数の可動ハンマーとによ
    って、前記チューブフイルムの襟重ね部分を溶着する手
    段であつて、前記可動ハンマー各々の振動に、周波数の
    差を形成したシール装置。
  4. 【請求項4】 両側縁を襟重状に折り曲げた筒形プレー
    トに沿って帯状フイルムを移動させ、該フイルムを同筒
    形フレームの断面形状に倣って連続的なチューブに加工
    する手段において、前記の襟重ね部における一側の側縁
    に一端を固定したバネ片の他端にハンマー台を形成する
    と共に、前記ハンマー台と、該ハンマー台に対して超音
    波振動衝撃を並列的に加える複数の可動ハンマーとによ
    って、前記チューブフイルムの襟重ね部分を溶着する手
    段であつて、前記可動ハンマー各々の振動に、振幅数の
    差を形成したシール装置。
