Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.0.1〜5重量%の珪素を含む、珪素置換合成アパタイトまたはヒドロキシア パタイト。 2.0.1〜1.6重量%の珪素を含む請求項1記載の珪素置換合成アパタイトまた はヒドロキシアパタイト。 3.0.5〜1.0重量%の珪素を含む請求項1または2記載の珪素置換合成アパタ イトまたはヒドロキシアパタイト。 4.請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の珪素置換合成アパタイトまたはヒドロキシ アパタイトを含んでなる人工骨材料。 5.珪素置換ヒドロキシアパタイトおよび酸化カルシウムまたはリン酸三石灰 を含んでなる請求項4記載の人工骨材料。 6.酸化カルシウムおよび/またはリン酸三石灰の不純物相を実質的に含まな い、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の珪素置換合成ヒドロキシアパタイトからなる 本質的に純粋な相の人工骨材料。 7.請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の人工骨材料を医薬上許容される希釈材また は担体と共に含んでなる組成物。 8.請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の人工骨材料または請求項7記載の組成物を 含んでなる骨インプラント、充填材またはセメント。 9.請求項4〜6のいずれかに記載の人工骨材料または請求項7記載の組成物を 含んでなるヒドロキシアパタイト-ポリマー複合材料。 10.珪素置換アパタイトを製造する方法において、 カルシウム塩または水酸化カルシウムをオルトリン酸またはオルトリン酸塩と 、珪素含有化合物の存在下、(カルシウムイオン)対(リン含有イオン)のモル 比1:0.5〜1:0.7および(カルシウムイオン)対(珪素含有イオン)のモル比 少なくとも1:0.2で反応させ、これにより、珪素置換アパタイトの沈殿物を形 成する ことを特徴とする方法。 11.(カルシウムイオン)対(リン含有イオン)のモル比は、1:0.55〜1: 0.65である請求項10記載の方法。 12.(カルシウムイオン)対(珪素含有イオン)のモル比は、少なくとも1: 0.16である請求項10または11記載の方法。 13.カルシウム塩および珪素化合物の水溶液(pH9〜13)をオルトリン酸塩 含有水溶液(pH9〜13)と反応させる請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。 14.カルシウム、塩は、硝酸カルシウムを含んでなる請求項10〜13のいずれか に記載の方法。 15.オルトリン酸塩は、オルトリン酸ジアンモニウムを含んでなる請求項10〜 14のいずれかに記載の方法。 16.前記カルシウム塩水溶液および/または前記オルトリン酸塩水溶液の前記 pHは、アンモニアを用いて調整する請求項13〜15のいずれかに記載の方法。 17.各溶液のpHは、約11に調整する請求項16記載の方法。 18.水酸化カルシウムおよび珪素含有化合物を含む水溶液を、オルトリン酸含 有水溶液と反応させる請求項10〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。 19.珪素含有化合物は、カルボン酸珪素を含んでなる請求項10〜18のいずれか に記載の方法。 20.カルボン酸珪素は、酢酸珪素を含んでなる請求項19記載の方法。 21.珪素置換アパタイトの沈殿物を溶液から分離し、乾燥する請求項10〜20の いずれかに記載の方法。 22.珪素置換アパタイトは、加熱および/または焼結する請求項10〜21のいず れかに記載の方法。 23.珪素置換アパタイトを、温度500〜1400℃で加熱および/または焼結し、 これにより、珪素置換アパタイトをその一部または実質的に全て、珪素置換ヒド ロキシアパタイトに変換する請求項22記載の方法。 24.請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の珪素置換合成アパタイトもしくはヒドロキ シアパタイトまたは請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の人工骨材料についての、外科 または療法によりヒトまたは動物の体を処置する方法への使用。
