- 微小気孔率からもたらされる0.206m2以上の浸透性を有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素含有リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 3.7kPa以上の水中での毛細管圧力を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素含有リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 表面自由エネルギーが35mJ/m2以上である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素含有リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- マクロ孔も含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のケイ素含有リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 全吸引能力(容量/容量%)が400容量%以上である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の生体材料。
- 23容量%以上の微小気孔率を有する合成非吸収性ケイ素含有リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 23容量%以上の微小気孔率を有するケイ素含有焼結リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 酸化カルシウム及び/又はリン酸三カルシウムの不純物相を実質的に含まない、23容量%以上の微小気孔率を有する合成ケイ素置換リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 医学に使用するための、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の合成リン酸カルシウム生体材料。
- 骨折を治療し、脊椎固定を達成し、骨腫瘍又は椎骨圧迫骨折を治療するための方法であって、請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の生体材料を患者又は動物に植え込むステップを含む、方法。
- 合成多孔性骨誘導生体材料を選択し、骨の骨誘導をもたらす方法であって、
(a)17.5容量%以上に設定された微小気孔率及び19mJ/m2以上に設定された表面自由エネルギーを有する骨誘導合成非吸収性ケイ素含有リン酸カルシウム生体材料を選択するステップと、
(b)前記骨誘導生体材料を骨誘導のための置換骨材料として形成するステップとを含む、方法。 - 合成非吸収性リン酸カルシウム生体材料に骨誘導特性を付与するための、ケイ素、19mJ/m2の表面自由エネルギー、及び17.5容量%以上の微小気孔率の使用。
