Claims (6)

1. Temporärer Knochendefektfüller mit mikro- und makroporöser Struktur, bestehend aus phasenreinem b-Tricalciumphosphat, gekennzeichnet durch interkonnektierend verbundene Mikroporen einer mittleren Größe im Bereich von 0,5 bis 10 µm mit einem Anteil an der Gesamtporosität von 20 bis 50%, wenigstens teilweise interkonnektierend verbundene Makroporen einer mittleren Größe im Bereich von 50 bis 1000 µm bei einem Anteil an der Gesamtporosität von 50 bis 80%, wobei die nicht interkonnektierend verbundenen Makroporen über Mikroporen mit ihren Nachbarn verbunden sind, die Makroporen eine typisch polyedrische Gestalt aufweisen und die Gesamtporosität < 50 Vol.% beträgt.
2. Temporärer Knochendefektfiller gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß dessen Gesamtporosität vorzugsweise im Bereich von 60 bis 80 Vol.% liegt.
3. Temporärer Knochendefektfläller gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als vorzugsweise polyedrisches Granulat in abgestuften Größen zwischen 0,1 bis 10 mm vorliegt.
4. Temporärer Knochendefektfüller gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er als Sinterformkörper, vorzugsweise die Gestalt eines Zylinders, Quaders oder Würfels aufweist.
5. Temporärer Knochendefektfüller gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er in Form eines patientenindividuellen Implantates bearbeitet ist.
6. Temporärer Knochendefektfüller gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser mit einem Wirkstoff oder Wirkstoffgemisch, bevorzugt aus der Gruppe der Antibiotika und/oder zur Knochendefekt­ heilung geeigneter Wachstumsfaktoren behandelt ist.
