Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.Si、Ti、Al、Zr、Zn、Mg、Snから選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素、好ましく はケイ素の少なくとも1種の酸化物から選ばれる元素又は酸化物の形態の不活 性担体、大量のコバルト及び少量のスカンジウムを含む触媒の調製方法であっ て、少なくとも以下の工程: (1)コバルト及び少なくとも不活性担体の一部を含む第1触媒前駆体(A)を、 コバルトを不活性担体に堆積させ、次いでコバルトを含む不活性担体を焼成し 、還元し、不動態化することにより生産する工程、 (2)スカンジウムを触媒前駆体(A)に堆積させ、次いでコバルト及びスカンジ ウムを含む不活性担体を焼成し、還元し、不動態化することにより最終触媒を 生産する工程、 を有することを特徴とする触媒の調製方法。 2.不活性担体がシリカである、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.触媒が、1〜50重量%のコバルト、0.05〜5重量%のスカンジウムを 有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.コバルトが5〜35重量%、スカンジウムが0.1〜3重量%含まれる、請 求項3に記載の方法。 5.工程(1)の焼成が350℃〜450℃の温度で行われ、工程(2)の焼成が25 0℃〜350℃の温度で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.請求項1乃至5のいずれかの方法より得られ得る触媒。 7.基本的にCOとH2からなる合成ガスから出発して本質的に直鎖で飽和の炭化 水素の合成方法であって、この混合物を請求項1乃至6のいずれかに従って調 製された触媒と、0.1〜15MPa、150℃〜350℃、時間当たりの触媒 容積当たりの合成ガス容量が100〜20000時間容積速度、合成ガス中の モルH2/CO比が1:2〜5:1で反応することを特徴とする、当該方法。 8.圧力が1〜10MPa、温度が170℃〜300℃、時間当たりの触媒容積当た りの合成ガス容量が400〜5000時間容積速度、合成ガス中のモルH2/ CO比が一般に1.2:1〜2.5:1ある、請求項7に記載の方法。
