Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.取っ手部材(10)と、この取っ手部材(10)に連結された少なくとも1 個の質量要素(12)とを備えた、特に腕範囲と肩範囲の運動器官と筋肉組織 を刺激するための機器において、質量要素(12)と取っ手部材(10)の間 に振動運動を発生させるための駆動機構(14)を備えていることを特徴とす る機器。 2.選択的に調節可能な振動数で駆動機構(14)を駆動するための制御装置( 42)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の機器。 3.振動数が1〜60Hz、特に10〜30Hzの値に調節可能であることを特 徴とする請求項2記載の機器。 4.手で掴む取っ手として形成された取っ手部材(10)が所定の取っ手軸線( 20)を有し、質量要素(12)の重心が取っ手軸線(20)に対して横方向 に振動移動可能であるかあるいは取っ手軸線(20)回りに振動するように回 転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の機器。 5.質量要素(12)の重心運動が取っ手軸線(20)に対して、3〜30mm 、特に5〜15mmの振幅を有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の機器。 6.重心運動の振幅が調節可能であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の機器。 7.質量要素(12)が2本の支柱(16)と2個の横桁(18)を備えたフレ ームとして形成され、この支柱が互いに間隔をおいて配置され、かつ互いに平 行に向き、横桁が支柱の端部を対をなして互いに連結し、取っ手部材(10) が支柱(16)の間の範囲に配置された取っ手スリーブ(22)を備え、この 取っ手スリーブが支柱に対して平行に向き、かつ支柱と相対的に振動運動可能 であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載の機器。 8.モータで駆動されるクランク軸または偏心軸(30)を支承するための互い に対向する2個の同軸の回転軸受が横桁(18)内に配置され、取っ手スリー ブ(22)がクランク軸または偏心軸(30)上に回転可能に設けられている ことを特徴とする請求項7記載の機器。 9.駆動機構(14)が一方の支柱(16)の中空室内に配置された回転数制御 式電動機(32)を備え、この電動機が支柱軸線に対して平行な被駆動軸(3 4)と、この被駆動軸(34)と偏心軸(30)の間に配置された、特に歯付 きベルト装置(36)として形成された伝動手段を備えていることを特徴とす る請求項8記載の機器。 10.横桁(18)が支柱(16)用の各々1個の保持板(24)と、回転軸受( 28)と、保持板(24)にかぶさる各々1個の保護蓋(26)とを備えてい ることを特徴とする請求項8または9記載の機器。 11.支柱(16)およびまたは保持板(24)が交換可能なおもりを備えている ことを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか一つに記載の機器。 12.取っ手部材(10)およびまたは質量要素(12)内に加速度センサ(38 )が配置され、この加速度センサの出力側がコンピュータ支援の評価回路(4 4)に接続され、この評価回路に更に、駆動機構(14)の運動データが供給 可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の機器。 13.取っ手部材(10)が筋力トレーニング機械の手で掴む取っ手または足ペダ ルとして形成されている、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の機器を手ま たは足で操作される筋力トレーニング機械で使用する方法。
