Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.組織の外科的処置において使用されるための出力信号を得るための電気外科 用発生装置であって、 a)電源からの第1のDC信号を予め決められた電圧を有する第2のDC信号 に変換するためのDCレギュレータ手段であって、 前記第1のDC信号の電流リプルを低減させるための誘導性入力手段と、 エネルギーを蓄積及び放出するための容量性エネルギー蓄積手段と、 前記容量性エネルギー蓄積手段を前記第1のDC信号にて充電することと前記 容量性エネルギー蓄積手段を放電させて前記第2のDC信号を発生することとを 交互に行うためのスイッチ手段と、 前記第2のDC信号の電流リプルを低減させるための誘導性出力手段とを備え る前記DCレギュレータ手段と、 b)前記第2のDC信号を予め決められた周波数を有する前記出力信号に変換 するための増幅器手段と、 c)前記予め決められた電圧及び前記予め決められた周波数の内の少なくとも いずれか一方を得るためのコントローラ手段と、を含む電気外科用発生装置。 2.前記誘導性入力手段及び前記誘導性出力手段の内の一方において電流リプル を大幅に低減させるために前記誘導性入力手段と前記誘導性出力手段とを電磁的 に結合する芯材料を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気外科用発生 装置。 3.前記容量性エネルギー蓄積手段は、 第1のコンデンサと、 第2のコンデンサと、 第2のDC信号の電流から第1のDC信号の電流を遮蔽するための絶縁変圧器 手段とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 4.前記絶縁変圧器手段は、前記第1のコンデンサ、前記誘導性入力手段、及び 前記電源に直列に接続される1次巻線と、前記第2のコンデンサ、前記誘導性出 力手段、及び前記増幅器手段に直列に接続される2次巻線とを有することを特徴 とする請求項3に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 5.前記誘導性入力手段及び前記誘導性出力手段において電流リプルを大幅に低 減させるために、前記絶縁変圧器手段と前記誘導性入力手段と前記誘導性出力手 段とを電磁的に結合する芯材料を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電 気外科用発生装置。 6.前記スイッチ手段は、 前記誘導性入力手段と前記容量性エネルギー蓄積手段との間の接合点を前記電 源の回帰電流経路に接続するトランジスタと、 前記容量性エネルギー蓄積手段と前記誘導性出力手段との間の接合点を前記回 帰電流経路に接続するダイオードとを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 電気外科用発生装置。 7.前記スイッチ手段は、 前記容量性蓄積手段と前記誘導性出力手段との間の接合点を前記回帰電流経路 に接続するトランジスタを含む請求項1に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 8.前記スイッチ手段は、 前記誘導性入力手段と前記容量性エネルギー蓄積手段との間の接合点と、前記 電源の回帰電流経路との間において両方向に電流が流れることを可能にするスイ ッチング手段と、 前記容量性蓄積手段と前記誘導性出力手段との間の接合点と、前記回帰電流経 路との間において両方向に電流が流れることを可能にするスイッチング手段とを 備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 9.前記スイッチング手段は1個以上のトランジスタからなることを特徴とする 請求項8に記載のシステム。 10.前記増幅器手段は、 前記第2のDC信号の電流リプルを低減させるための増幅器入力インダクタと 、 前記増幅器入力インダクタに直列に接続され、インダクタ、コンデンサ、及び 前記組織とを含む共振回路と、 前記増幅器手段の電流回帰経路と、前記入力インダクタと前記共振回路との間 の接合点との接続、切断を交互に行うことにより出力信号を得るための増幅器ス イッチ手段とを備える請求項1に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 11.前記増幅器スイッチ手段による前記接続の前に、前記増幅器スイッチ手段 に加えられる電圧がほぼ0であり、該増幅器スイッチ手段に加えられる電圧の瞬 間的な変化率がほぼ0であるように前記共振回路の前記インダクタと前記コンデ ンサとが選択され、これにより前記増幅器スイッチ手段によるエネルギーの放散 が大幅に低減されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 12.前記出力信号のエネルギーの蓄積、開放を選択的に行うために、前記増幅 器スイッチ手段に電気的に接続されたエネルギー回収手段を更に備えることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 13.組織の外科的処置において使用されるための出力信号を得るための電気外 科用発生装置であって、 a)電源からの第1のDC信号を予め決められた電圧を有する第2のDC信号 に変換するためのDCレギュレータ手段と、 b)前記第2のDC信号を予め決められた周波数を有する前記出力信号に変換 するための増幅器手段であって、 前記第2のDC信号の電流リプルを低減させるための入力インダクタと、 前記入力インダクタに直列に接続され、インダクタ、コンデンサ、及び前記組 織を含む共振回路と、 前記増幅器の電流回帰経路と、前記入力インダクタと前記共振回路との間の接 合点との接続、切断を交互に行うためのスイッチ手段とを備えた前記増幅器手段 と、 c)前記予め決められた電圧及び前記予め決められた周波数の少なくともいず れか一方を得るためのコントローラ手段と、を含む電気外科用発生装置。 14.前記スイッチ手段による前記接続の前に、前記スイッチ手段に加えられる 電圧がほぼ0であり、該スイッチ手段に加えられる電圧の瞬間的な変化率がほぼ 0であるように前記共振回路の前記インダクタと前記コンデンサとが選択され、 これにより前記スイッチ手段によるエネルギーの放散が大幅に低減されることを 特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 15.前記スイッチ手段はトランジスタを含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記 載の電気外科用発生装置。 16.前記出力信号のエネルギーの蓄積、放出を選択的に行うための、前記共振 回路に電気的に接続されたエネルギー回収手段を更に含むことを特徴とする請求 項13に記載の電気外科用発生装置。 17.前記誘導性入力手段は第1の巻数を有し、前記共振回路の前記インダクタ は第2の巻数を有し、前記第1の巻数は前記第2の巻数にほぼ等しいことを特徴 とする請求項13に記載の電気外科用発生装置。
