Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.共面シールドを具備するセラミック・フィルタであって: 上面,底面および側面を有し、かつ共振器を画定する、前記上面から前記底面 に延在する複数の金属被覆貫通穴を有する、誘電材料のブロックからなるフィル タ本体; 前記底面および前記側面を実質的に被覆する金属被覆層であって、前記上面は 、上部パターンを画定する金属被覆パターンを有する、金属被覆層; 前記側面のうちの一つの上で、金属被覆されていない領域によって実質的に囲 まれた、導電性材料の領域からなる少なくとも第1および第2入出力パッド;お よび 前記フィルタ本体の前記上部パターンから所定の高さで導電性シールドを維持 する複数の隔離脚を有する導電性シールドであって、前記隔離脚は、前記入出力 パッドを有する前記側面から所定の距離で前記フィルタの上面上の前記上部パタ ーンの一部に接続される、導電性シールド; によって構成されることを特徴とするセラミック・フィルタ。 2.前記導電性シールドは、正面部および背面部のうち少なくとも一つの上で 同調窓を画定する開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のセラミック・ フィルタ。 3.前記導電性シールドは、錫被覆鋼金属からなること を特徴とする請求項1記載のセラミック・フィルタ。 4.前記導電性シールドは、約0.005インチ〜約0.01インチの厚さか らなることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセラミック・フィルタ。 5.共面シールドを具備するセラミック・フィルタであって: 上面,底面および側面を有し、かつ共振器を画定する、前記上面から前記底面 に延在する複数の金属被覆貫通穴を有する、誘電材料のブロックからなるフィル タ本体; 前記底面および前記側面を実質的に被覆する金属被覆層であって、前記上面は 、上部パターンを画定する金属被覆パターンを有する、金属被覆層; 前記側面のうちの一つの上で、金属被覆されていない領域によって実質的に囲 まれた、導電性材料の領域からなる少なくとも第1および第2入出力パッド;お よび 前記フィルタ本体の上面上の前記上部パターンから所定の高さで導電性シール ドを維持する第1複数および第2複数の隔離脚を有する導電性シールドであって 、前記第1複数の隔離脚は、前記上部パターンに結合され、前記第2複数の隔離 脚は、前記入出力パッドを有する側面に対置する前記フィルタ本体の側面に結合 され、前記第2複数の隔離脚は、前記フィルタ本体の前記側面上の前記金属被覆 層に結合される、導電性シールド; によって構成されることを特徴とするセラミック・フィ ルタ。 6.前記第2複数の隔離脚は、概してL字型の連続的な金属シートからなるこ とを特徴とする請求項5記載のセラミック・フィルタ。 7.前記導電性シールドは、同調窓を画定する開口部を有することを特徴とす る請求項5記載のセラミック・フィルタ。 8.前記導電性シールドは、正面部および背面部のうち少なくとも一つの上で 同調窓を画定する開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項5記載のセラミック・ フィルタ。 9.前記導電性シールドは、錫被覆鋼金属からなることを特徴とする請求項5 記載のセラミック・フィルタ。 10.前記導電性シールドは、約0.005インチ〜約0.01インチの厚さ からなることを特徴とする請求項5記載のセラミック・フィルタ。
