Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 流体(5)、特に流体作動設備の中の圧力流体の有用な特性を試験装置 で監視する装置であって、該試験装置により流体(5)の試験容量が該流体を保 持する容器(3)から回収できかつセンサー装置に供給でき、該センサー装置が 複数のセンサー(13,15,17)を含み流体の異なった変動する特性を表わす測定 された大きさを求め特性の有用性を決定するようにしている流体の有用な特性を 監視する装置において、前記試験装置がセンサー装置と流体ポンプ(11)と共に 流体容器(3)の中に組込むことのできる構造ユニット(1)に一体に組付けら れ、センサー(13,15,17)が流体ポンプ(11)に直列に連結され同じ流体の流 れが全てのセンサーを通って流れることができるようにしていることを特徴とす る流体の有用特性を監視する装置。 2. センサー(13,15,17)が流体ポンプ(11)と直列連通装置を形成する 流れ通路(7)と共に1つのセンサーブロック(39)に一体化されていることを 特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3. 流体ポンプ(11)を有するセンサーブロック(39)と該ポンプを駆動す るモーター(9)とが流体容器(3)の開口を通って前記流体容器に導入できる フレーム(21)に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。 4. フレーム(21)が開放された構造部分、好ましくは流体(5)を導入す るための管状構造部分として構成され、モーター(9)とセンサー(13,15,17 )とが流体(5)の中に浸漬されて作動するよう構成されていることを特徴とす る請求項3に記載の装置。 5. フレーム(21)の内部に配設されセンサーの信号を処理する電子装置を 支持するセンサー取付けプレート桟(45)が流体(5) の中に浸漬されて作動するよう構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載 の装置。 6. 少なくとも粒子センサー(13)と粘度計(15)が流体ポンプ(11)と直 列に接続されたセンサーとして設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から5 のうちの1項に記載の装置。 7. センサーの直列接続部がまた水分センサー(17)を含んでいることを特 徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。 8. 温度センサーとして作用する水分センサー(17)に一体化されたサーミ スターが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7の装置。 9. 制動装置(43)を有する摩擦ホイールセンサー(15)が粘度計として設 けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から9のうちの1項に記載の装置。 10.構造ユニット(1)が流体容器(3)の中の充填液面の高さを決定するた めの圧力センサー(19)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1から9のうちの 1項に記載の装置。 11.センサー取付けプレート桟(45)が流体(5)の誘電定数を決定するため の組合わせコンデンサーを含んでいる請求項5から10のうちの1項に記載の装置 。 12.センサー取付けプレート桟(45)が流体(5)の銅への腐食作用を決定す るための銅−導体ストリップの組合わせコンデンサーを含んでいることを特徴と する請求項11に記載の装置。
