Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)耐火性酸化物担体に担持した少なくとも1種のVIB族金属成分及び 少なくとも1種のVIII族非貴金属成分を含む触媒と炭化水素油原料とを第1 反応ゾーンで水素の存在下に接触させる段階と、 (b)ガスフラクションと、1000ppmw未満の硫黄含量と50重量ppm w未満の窒素含量をもつ液体フラクションとに流出液を高圧分離する段階と、 (c)非晶質耐火性酸化物担体に担持した貴金属成分を含む少なくとも1種の触 媒と液体フラクションを第2反応ゾーンで水素の存在下に接触させる段階と、 (d)少なくとも80の粘度指数をもつ潤滑基油を回収する段階を含む潤滑基油 の製造方法。 2.第1反応ゾーンを少なくとも350℃の温度で操作する請求項1に記載の方 法。 3.段階(b)で得られたガスフラクションを処理して硫化水素とアンモニアを 除去した後、得られた浄化ガスを第1反応ゾーンにリサイクルする請求項1又は 2に記載の方法。 4.第2反応ゾーンを最高350℃の温度で操作する請求項1から3のいずれか 一項に記載の方法。 5.第2反応ゾーンが非晶質耐火性酸化物担体に担持した少なくとも1種のVI II族貴金属成分を含む触媒を単一触媒として含む請求項1から4のいずれか一 項に記載の方法。 6.第2反応ゾーンが2個の別個の触媒層であって、その上部触媒層がろう分子 の水素化異性化及び/又は水素化分解に選択的な貴金属系触媒を含み、下部触媒 層が非晶質耐火性酸化物担体に担持した少なくとも1種のVIII族貴金属成分 を含む前記触媒層を含む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7.2個の触媒層が積み重ね層モードで配置されている請求項6に記載の方法。 8.第2反応ゾーンが2個の別個の反応器ゾーンを含む単一反応器を含み、2個 の反応器ゾーンは、ろう分子の水素化異性化及び/又は水素化分解に選択的な貴 金属系触媒を含む触媒層を含む上部反応器ゾーンの温度が非晶質耐火性酸化物担 体に担持した少なくとも1種のVIII族貴金属成分を含む触媒を含む触媒層を 含む下部反応器ゾーンの温度よりも高くなるようにクエンチにより分離されてい る請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9.上部反応器ゾーンの温度が250〜350℃であり、下部反応器ゾーンの温 度が150〜250℃である請求項8に記載の方法。 10.第2反応ゾーンが直列フローモードで配置された2個の別個の反応器から 構成され、第1の反応器がろう分子の水素化異性化及び/又は水素化分解に選択 的な貴金属系触媒を含む触媒層を含み、第2の反応器が非晶質耐火性酸化物担体 に担持した少なくとも1種のVIII族貴金属成分を含む触媒を含む触媒層を含 む請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 11.非晶質耐火性酸化物担体に担持した少なくとも1種のVIII族貴金属成 分を含む触媒が非晶質シリカ−アルミナ担体に担持した白金及び/又はパラジウ ムを含む触媒である請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 12.ろう分子の水素化異性化及び/又は水素化分解に選択的な貴金属系触媒が ゼオライト担体に担持した白金及び/又はパラジウムを含む触媒である請求項6 から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 13.場合により少量のアンモニア及び/又は硫化水素を含む新しい水素を第2 反応ゾーンに少なくとも部分的に供給する請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。 14.段階(d)が段階(c)からの流出液の分別を含み、ガスフラクションと 、潤滑基油生成物としての少なくとも1種の液体フラクションを得る請求項1か ら13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15.ガスフラクションを処理して不純物を除去した後、浄化したガスを第1及 び/又は第2反応ゾーンにリサイクルする請求項14に記載の方法。 16.ガスフラクションの処理が同一ガス浄化ユニットで実施される請求項3又 は15に記載の方法。
