Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも刃先(11)を画成する一方の端領域において内径が一定して いる、実質的に中空の円筒状スリーブ(10)と、該スリーブ(10)の前記端 領域に配置されると共に、回転されながら軸線方向に変位されて平らな先端(2 1)が前記スリーブ(10)の内側の位置及び前記スリーブ(10)の外側の位 置へ出入り可能となる平らな穿孔装置(20)とを備えていることを特徴とする 軟骨内または骨軟骨孔を生成する装置。 2. 前記平らな穿孔装置を軸線方向に伸展させる穿孔装置軸(23)が前記平 らな穿孔装置(20)に配置されると共に、前記刃先(11)と反対の側で前記 スリーブ(10)から突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 3. 前記穿孔装置軸(23)がねじ(24)または案内リング(28)により 前記スリーブ(10)内を案内されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載 の装置。 4. 握持片(40)が前記穿孔装置軸(23)の前記スリーブ(10)から突 出している部分に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載 の装置。 5. 前記平らな穿孔装置(20)の前記スリーブ(10)内での前方への突進 が前記握持片(40)により制限されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置 。 6. 前記握持片(40)が変位自在に前記穿孔装置軸(23)上に取り付けら れていることを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。 7. 前記スリーブ(10)が前記刃先(11)に対して隔置されて押し込み深 さを制限する当接面(51)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のい ずれか1項に記載された装置。 8. 前記当接面(51)が前記スリーブ(10)上に取付可能な当接片(50 )に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。 9. 前記当接片(50)が変位自在に前記スリーブ(10)上へ取り付けられ ていること特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。 10. マーキング(30、31、44)が前記刃先(11)の領域における前 記スリーブ(10)の外側表面及び該スリーブ(10)の外側端から突出してい る前記穿孔装置軸(23)に設けられて、前記刃先(11)の組織内への押し込 み深さを決定すると共に、前記刃先(11)に対する前記穿孔装置の位置を決定 することを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の装置。 11. 穿孔器具が組織表面に位置決めされ、且つ、該穿孔器具の助力で孔が前 記組織中に生成される、軟骨内または骨軟骨孔を生成する方法において、前記請 求項1乃至10に記載の穿孔器具を使用して、先ず、前記スリーブ(10)の前 記刃先(11)を所望の孔深さまたは該所望の孔深さ未満の深さまで組織内へ押 し込み、次に前記平らな穿孔装置(20)を少なくとも該穿孔装置(20)の先 端が前記刃先(11)と面一になる位置まで前方へ螺動させて、前記スリーブ( 10)の刃先(11)の押し込みにより打ち抜かれる組織柱を切り取ることを特 徴とする軟骨内または骨軟骨孔を生成する方法。 12. 前記くり抜かれる組織が前記穿孔装置(20)により前記スリーブ(1 0)へ前進させられることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 13. 前記穿孔装置(20)が前記スリーブ(10)の前記刃先(11)を超 えて所望の深さに至るまで更に螺動前進させられ、前記穿孔装置軸(23)の前 記刃先(11)と反対側に存する端で前記スリーブ(10)から突出すると共に 、前記反対側の端にマーキング(31、44)を有する穿孔装置を使用し、前記 マーキングの助力で前記スリーブ(10)の前記刃先(11)に対する前記先端 の穿孔装置端(21)の位置が読み取られて、達成される相対的孔深さが前記の 如く照合されることを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の方法。 14. 前記穿孔装置軸(23)の前記刃先(11)と反対の側に在り且つ前記 スリーブ(10)から突出する端に当接部(43)を備えた握持片(40)を有 する穿孔装置を使用し、前記穿孔装置(20)を前記当接部が前記スリーブ端に 接触するまで押動することができることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。 15. 前記刃先(11)に面する端面(51)を備えた当接片(50)が前記 刃先(11)を備えた前記スリーブ端に取付られて、前記スリーブ端が組織表面 に押し込まれると、前記刃先(11)の押し込み深さが制限される穿孔器具を使 用することを特徴とする請求項11乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
