Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.基体と少なくとも1つの表層を有し、その表層が、前記基体の少なくとも 1面を被覆し、本質的に10〜98%の水分散性ポリマーと、ポリオールと(メ タ)アクリル酸とのエステル化により得られる多官能性アクリレート、又はポリ アリル誘導体、から選択されるエチレン性不飽和化合物2〜90%を含む、印刷 可能なフィルム。 2. 基体を、ポリマーフィルム、ポリオレフィンフィルム、紙、合成紙、織 布、不織布、セラミックシート、金属繊維シート、金属蒸着シート(フィルム) 、金属箔、金属板、及び、それらの材料の組合せで構成された多層複合シートを 含む群から選択することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 3.基体が、配向されたポリプロピレンフィルムであることを特徴とする、請 求項2に記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 4.水分散性ポリマーが、本質的に、(メタ)アクリル酸、若しくは、炭素原 子1〜10のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートのホモポリマー 、又は、これらのモノマーの2又はそれ以上、若しくは、任意成分として他のビ ニル化合物若しくはアリル化合物を組合せたコポリマーからなることを特徴とす る、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 5.水分散性ポリマーが、ウレタンポリマー又はウレタンアクリレートポリマ ーである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 6.前記表層が、更に、水分散性ポリマーの1〜5重量%分量の架橋剤を含む ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 7.前記基体と、前記1又は複数の表層との間に、下塗り層を更に有する請求 項1〜6のいずれかに記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 8.基体の1面のみを表層で被覆し、又、基体の他面を感圧接着剤層で被覆す ることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の印刷可能なフィルム。 9.基体の少なくとも1面を、水分散性ポリマー、及びエチレン性不飽和化合 物を含む水性分散液で被覆する工程を含み、又、その様にして得た被膜を乾燥す る工程を更に含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の印刷可能なフィルムの製造 方法。 10.水性分散液が、更に、架橋剤を含有する、請求項9に記載の製造方法。 11.前記水性分散液を被覆する前に、更に、基体に下塗りする工程を含むこ とを特徴とする、請求項9又は10のいずれかに記載の製造方法。 12.下記の工程を含む印刷されたフィルムの製造方法。 a)水分散性ポリマー、及びポリオールと(メタ)アクリル酸とのエステル化 により得られる多官能性アクリレート、又はポリアクリル誘導体から選択される 、エチレン性不飽和化合物を含む、水性分散液により基体を被覆すること、 b)その様にして得た塗膜を乾燥すること、 c)乾燥した塗膜に、放射線硬化インキでインキ書きすること、 d)紫外線又は電子線照射によりインキを硬化すること。 13.放射線硬化インキを用いて、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の印刷可能 なフィルムにインキ書きし、前記インキを、放射線照射手段を用いて硬化するこ とにより得た、印刷されたフィルム。 14.放射線硬化インキを用いて、請求項8記載の印刷可能なフィルムにイン キ書きし、放射線照射により、そのインキを硬化し、 その印刷の前又は後に、前記フィルムと、感圧性接着剤層及び剥離フィルムとを 組合せることにより得たラベル。 15.請求項14に記載のラベルの貼付された容器、特に、壜。
