Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. セシウム含有水溶液を遷移元素の固体ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩化合物と接触させてセ シウムをヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩と結合させ、 セシウム含有量が減少した水溶液をヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩から分離する 段階を含む、水溶液、特に核廃液からセシウムを除去する方法において、 交換可能な遷移元素分が35%以下である遷移元素ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩を用いるこ とを特徴とする方法。 2. ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩化合物の交換可能な遷移元素分が30%以下、好ましく は28%以下である請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 遷移元素塩溶液中に遷移元素塩溶液の濃度が少なくとも0.35モル/lであ るヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩の水溶液を徐々に添加し、添加の間混合物を周囲温度で撹 拌することによって遷移元素のヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩を作り、得られたヘキサシア ノ鉄酸塩の沈殿物を混合物から分離し、回収する請求項1または2に記載の方法 。 4. 粒径が0.1から2mm、好ましくは、0.3から0.85mmである遷移元素ヘキサシ アノ鉄酸塩化合物の粒状物質を使用する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の 方法。 5. 遷移金属がコバルトである請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 6. イオン交換カラム中のヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩の粒子とセシウム含有水溶液と を接触させる請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 7. カラムの汚染除去率が少なくとも1,000である請求項6に記載の方法。 8. セシウム含有廃液の容量が少なくとも1,000:1の比で減少する請求項6 または7に記載の方法。 9.可溶性ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩化合物の水溶液を撹拌しながら遷移元素塩水溶液 に徐々に添加することによって遷移元素ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩の沈殿物を作り、 得られたヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩沈殿物を水中でスラリー化して数回洗浄し、 各回の洗浄後に遠心分離してスラリー化した溶液から沈殿物を分離し、 温度を上げて沈殿物を乾燥し、 乾燥ケークを粉砕し、 所望粒度の粒子を選別する 段階を含む、可溶性ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩化合物と遷移元素の塩からカラム使用に 適した粒状遷移元素のヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩を製造する方法において、 遷移元素塩溶液の濃度を0.35モル/lにし、 溶液の添加段階においてヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩化合物と遷移元素との混合物を周囲 温度で撹拌する ことを特徴とする方法。 10. 使用する遷移金属塩が硫酸コバルトであり、遷移元素の濃度が0.4から1.3 モル/lである請求項9に記載の方法。 11. 温度15から30℃、好ましくは約18から25℃でヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩溶液を遷 移金属塩の水溶液に添加する請求項9または10に記載の方法。 12. 遷移元素がニッケルまたはコバルトである請求項9から11のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 13. 遷移元素塩が硝酸塩、硫酸塩または塩化物塩である請求項9から12のいず れか一項に記載の方法。 14. 可溶性ヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩化合物がヘキサシアノ鉄酸ナトリウム、カリウ ムまたはアンモニウムである請求項9から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 15. 沈殿後に得られる固体を洗浄し、遠心分離またはフィルタープレスを用い て圧縮する請求項9から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 16. 乾燥したヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩ケークを水中で予備砕解する請求項9から15 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 17. 選別した粒状物質を水で洗浄することによって表而から微粉固体を除去し 、さらに温度を上げて再び乾燥する請求項9から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法 。 18. 粒状物質を洗浄するためにK-EDTA溶液を用いる請求項17に記載の方法。 19. 使用するアルカリ金属またはアンモニウムヘキサシアノ鉄酸塩の濃度が0.4 から0.65モル/l(20℃で)である請求項9から18のいずれか一項に記載の方法 。 20. 直径が0.lから2mm、好ましくは0.3から0.85mmの粒状物を製造する請求項 9から19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 21. 遷移元素全量中の交換可能なコバルト分が35%以下、好ましくは30%以下 、特に好ましくは28%以下である請求項9から20に記載の方法。
