Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.所定の湾曲寸法の湾曲合わせ安全板ガラスの外方ガラス板と内方ガラス板を 曲げる方法であって、それぞれ1つの外方ガラス板と内方ガラス板が合わせフィ ルムの中間接続の下に組合せられており、上記曲げ方法でプレス曲げ装置で曲げ が行われ、 そのプレス曲げ装置は、曲げステーションと、少なくとも1つの排出ステーシ ョンと、並びに曲げステーションと排出ステーションとの間の搬送シャトルとを 有し、 その際曲げ温度に温められた曲げられるべきガラス板は搬送路によって個々に 曲げステーションに導入されかつ曲げステーションにおいて合わせ安全板ガラス の所定の湾曲寸法を考慮して曲げられる前記曲げ方法において、 1.1)外方ガラス板と内方ガラス板は、下方の曲げ温度に位置する温度で、そ の所属する排出ステーションにおいて最適曲げを受け、 1.2)最適曲げの実施のために、相応したガラス板が取り出し装置による搬送 シャトルから持ち上げられ、その取り出し装置は少なくとも縁領域において完成 合わせ安全板ガラスの外方ガラス板又は内方ガラス板の所定の湾曲寸法に相応す る最適輪郭を有し、 1.3)取り出し装置の最適輪郭への相応したガラス板の当接によって最適曲げ が実施され、 その際最適曲げに続いてガラス板が曲げ温度領域の下方の温度に冷却されるこ とを特徴とする前記方法。 2.自動車用の合わせ安全板ガラスの製造のための実施形態において、その際外 方ガラス板と内方ガラス板は、550℃から580℃の曲げ温度で最適曲げを受 けかつ530℃の温度で搬送装置に渡される、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記特徴1.2)及び1.3)の範囲内で、取り出し装置へのガラス板の当 接が、取り出し装置によって発生される空気静圧的及び又は空気動圧的力によっ て実施される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 4.前記特徴1.2)及び1.3)の範囲内で、取り出し装置へのガラス板の当 接が機械的装置によって実施される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 5.個々の合わせ安全板ガラスのための最適曲げ部に、外方ガラス板と内方ガラ ス板が供給され、外方ガラス板と内方ガラス板は等しい真空面形状の曲げステー ションで曲げられ、その形状面は、例えば中心領域において、少なくとも完成合 わせ安全板ガラスの合わせフィルムの湾曲面に領域的に相応している、請求項1 から4までのうちのいずれか一に記載の方法。 6.所定の湾曲寸法の湾曲合わせ安全板ガラスの外方ガラス板と内方ガラス板の 曲げのためのプレス曲げ装置であって、プレス曲げ装置にはそれぞれ1つの外方 ガラス板と内方ガラス板が合わせフィルムの中間接続の下に組合せられている前 記プレス曲げ装置において、 そのプレス曲げ装置は、曲げステーションと、少なくとも排出ステーションと 、並びに曲げステーションと排出ステーションとの間のそれぞれ1つの搬送シャ トルとを有し、 その際曲げられたガラス板が、収容面が完成合わせ安全板ガラス中のガラス板 の湾曲寸法に相応する搬送シャトルと共に排出ステーションに運ばれ、その際ガ ラス板のために、少なくとも縁領域において完成合わせ安全板ガラスの外方ガラ ス板と内方ガラス板の所定の湾曲寸法に相応する最適輪郭を有する排出装置が設 けられており、そしてその際排出ステーションは、ガラス板を排出装置の最適輪 郭に当接可能にする装置を備えていることを特徴とする前記プレス曲げ装置。
