Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 中空軸をこの軸上に設けられる少なくとも1つの部材に相対回転しないよう に結合するため、継目遊隙をおいて部材を軸上へ通し、特定の位置で継目遊隙 の解消により軸上に取付ける方法において、軸(1)の内径より大きい直径を 持つ少なくとも1つの心金(5)をこの軸に通して動かすことによって、中空 軸(1)を広げることにより継目遊隙(3)を解消することを特徴とする、中 空軸をこの軸上の設けられる少なくとも1つの部材に相対回転しないように結 合する方法。 2 軸(1)を通して心金(5)を引張ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の 方法。 3 それぞれ大きい外径を持つ少なくとも2つの心金(5)を順次に軸(1)を 通して引張ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 4 部材が継目遊隙をおいて軸上に通され、特定の位置で継目遊隙の解消により 軸上に取付けられるものにおいて、軸の内径より大きい外径を持ちかつ軸(1 )を通して運動可能な心金(5)を有することを特徴とする、中空軸をこの軸 上の設けられる少なくとも1つの部材に相対回転しないように結合する装置。 5 心金(5)の外径がその軸(1)を通る運動方向に円錐状に増大しているこ とを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。 6 心金(5)が軸(1)を通して引張り可能であることを特徴とする、請求項 4に記載の装置。 7 心金(5)の運動装置(6,9,11)に力測定装置(13)及び変位測定 装置(15,16)が付属して、比較装置(14)に接続され、心金の運動の 際中空軸(1)を通る心金の運動経路に沿う所定の個所で所定の押し力又は引 張り力に達したことが、この比較装置(14)において検出可能であることを 特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
