PARA ASEGURAR COMPONENTES (2) TAL COMO LEVAS, PIÑONES, DISCOS, ETC., FIJADOS GIRATORIAMENTE SOBRE UN EJE (1) HUECO, SE PROPONE, QUE DESPUES DE LA INSTALACION DE COMPONENTES CON UNA TOLERANCIA (3) PEQUEÑA SOBRE EL EJE, SE EXPANDA EL EJE MEDIANTE PASO DE UN BRAZO (5) DE EXPANSION A TRAVES DE EL Y DE ESTA FORMA SE PRODUCE AL MENOS UN AJUSTE DE FUERZA ENTRE EL EJE Y LOS COMPONENTES. SE OBTIENE UN ACOPLAMIENTO PARTICULARMENTE SOLIDO CUANDO SE HA PREVISTO LAS DIMENSIONES DE LAS PIEZAS DE UN PERFIL A TRAVES DEL CUAL EL MATERIAL DEL ARBOL DESPLAZADO POR EL MANDRIL ES COMPRIMIDO.
