Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 縦方向の幾何学的軸を定める、ケーシング(1)を備えた支持・保護手 段(1、3)と、 前記支持・保護手段(1、3)に対して軸方向に移動可能な、実質的に円筒状 の細長い要素(10)と、 前記細長い要素(10)の一端に連結されたフィーラ要素(12)と、 前記ケーシング(1)と前記細長い要素との間に配置された位置変換器と、 前記支持・保護手段(1、3)と前記フィーラ要素(12)との間に配置され たスラスト手段(36)と、 前記ケーシング(1)に対する該細長い要素(10)の軸方向の移動を案内し 、前記細長い要素(10)と協働する、複数個の回転要素(29)を有する、案 内手段(18、19)とを備えてなるリニア測定ヘッドにおいて、前記案内手段 は前記ケーシング(1)に固定され、中空支持要素(20)を有する、少なくと も1個の軸ベアリング(18、19)および内部回転面(23)を備え、前記回 転要素(29)が前記支持要素(20)の内側に収容され、かつ前記内部回転面 (23)と協働することを特徴とするリニア測定ヘッド。 2. 前記少なくとも1個の軸ベアリング(18、19)が前記中空支持要素 (20)内に収容される、モールド部(11)を有する案内構造体(50)を備 え、前記中空支持要素(20)および前記モールド部(11)が前記内部回転面 (23)を形成してなる請求の範囲第1項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 3. 前記回転要素(29)が球形状を有し、前記案内構造体(50)が前記 細長い要素(10)の一部を挿入するために縦方向の貫通孔(21)を形成して おり、前記貫通孔(21)が前記回転要素(29)を前記細長い要素(10)の 該一部に接触させる、縦方向のスリット(28)を有する、円筒状の面(22) を形成してなる請求の範囲第2項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 4. 前記内部回転面(23)が該回転要素のための内部循環トラック(24 )を形成しており、前記循環トラックが互いに実質的に平行な縦方向の第1の部 分(25)および第2の部分(26)ならびに該第1および第2の部分の間を結 ぶ2個の接続部(27)を有し、前記スリット(28)が各該循環トラックの前 記第1の部分(25)に配置されてなる請求の範囲第3項に従属するリニア測定 ヘッド。 5. 各々前記循環トラック(24)の該第2の部分(26)が前記第1の部 分(25)および前記中空支持要素(20)の該円筒状の面(22)と実質的に 隣り合って配置されてなる請求の範囲第4項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 6. 前記案内手段が前記ケーシング(1)に固定される、追加の中空支持要 素を備えた前記軸ベアリング(18、19)に類似する、少なくとも1個の軸ベ アリング(19)を備え、前記中空支持要素(20、20’)が縦方向に互いに 間隔をおいた位置に配置されてなる請求の範囲第1項ないし第5項のいずれか1 項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 7. 前記支持・保護手段が前記ケーシング(1)および前記中空支持要素と 協働し、該ケーシング(1)に対する前記中空支持要素(20、20’)の該位 置を定め、かつ固定するための縦方向位置決め・締め付け用要素(30)31、 32)を備えてなる請求の範囲第6項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 8. 前記縦方向位置決め・締め付け用要素(30、31、32)が前記ケー シング(1)内に収容され、かつ前記中空支持要素(20、20’)間に配置さ れる、実質的に管状の、少なくとも1個のスペーサ要素(31)と、ねじを刻ん だ締め付け用リングナット(32)とを備え、前記ケーシングが前記締め付け用 リングナット(32)と協働する、ねじを刻んだ端部(6)を形成してなる請求 の範囲第7項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 9. 前記変換器が電気的コイル(13、14,15)、前記ケーシング(1 )に固定される、前記コイルを収容するためのスプール(4)および前記細長い 要素(10)に連結される、強磁性材料から作られたコア(16)を備え、前記 スプールがそれの中に前記変換器コア(16)が移動可能に配置される、前記ケ ーシング(1)と同軸の縦方向の開口(5)を形成してなる請求の範囲第1項な いし第8項のいずれか1項に従属するリニア測定ヘッド。 10. 前記スラスト手段が前記細長い要素と同軸を保ってそこに連結される 、接触リング(37)と、前記接触リング(37)と前記軸ベアリング(18) の該支持要素(20)との間に配置される、ら旋状圧縮スプリング(36)とを 備えてなる請求の範囲第1項ないし第9項のいずれか1項に従属するリニア測定 ヘッド。
