Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも1つの絶縁された電流搬送導体(4)を備える少なくとも1つの 巻線を有し、配電または送電網(16)に直接接続されるような高電圧用交流機であ って、半導電特性を有する第1の層(6)は前記導体(4)の周りに備えられ、固体 絶縁層(7)は前記第1の層の周りに備えられ、半導電特性を有する第2の層(8) は前記絶縁層の周りに備えられ、接地手段(18,21,22,24,26,28,30,32,34,35,36, 37,38,39,40,42,44,46,48,52)は前記巻線の少なくとも1点をアースへ接続する ために備えられることを特徴とする高電圧用交流機。 2.前記第1の層の電位は、実質的に前記導体の電位に等しいことを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の交流機。 3.前記第2の層は、前記導体の周囲の等電位面を実質的に構成するように設 けられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の交流機。 4.前記第2の層は、所定の電位に接続されることを特徴とする請求項3に記 載の交流機。 5.前記所定の電位は、アース電位であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の 交流機。 6.少なくとも2つの隣接する層は、実質的に等しい熱膨張係数を有すること を特徴とする請求項1,2,3,4または5のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 7.前記電流搬送導体は、いくつかの撚り線を備え、前記撚り線の少数は互い に絶縁されていないことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の交 流機。 8.前記3つの層のそれぞれは、接続面全体に実質的に沿った隣接した層に固 定接続されることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいず れか一項に記載の交流機。 9.磁気コアと少なくとも1つの巻線を備える高電圧のための磁気回路を有す る電気交流機であって、前記巻線は1つあるいはそれより多い電流搬送導体を備 えるケーブルで形成され、前記各導体はいくつかの撚り線を備え、内側半導電層 は前記各導体の周りに備えられ、固体絶縁物質の絶縁層は前記内側半導電層の周 りに備えられ、外側半導電層は、前記絶縁層の周り備えられ、接地手段は、前記 巻線のうち少なくとも1つをアースへ接続するために備えられることを特徴とす る電気交流機。 10.前記ケーブルはまた、金属シールドおよびシースを備えることを特徴と する請求項9に記載の交流機。 11.前記接地手段は、前記巻線を直接接地するための手段を備えることを特 徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 12.前記接地手段は、前記巻線を低抵抗接地するための手段を備えることを 特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 13.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記低抵抗接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続された低抵抗の 抵抗を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の交流機。 14.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記低抵抗接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続された1次側を 有する変圧器の2次側に接続された抵抗を備えることを特徴とする請求項12に 記載の交流機。 15.前記接地手段は、前記巻線を低インダクタンス接地するための手段を備 えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一 項に記載の交流機。 16.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記低インダクタンス接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続され た低インダクタンスのインダクタを備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の 交流機。 17.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記低インダクタンス接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続され た1次側を有する変圧器の2次側に接続されたインダクタを備えることを特徴と する請求項15に記載の交流機。 18.前記接地手段は、前記巻線を高抵抗接地するための手段を備えることを 特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 19.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記高抵抗接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続された高抵抗の 抵抗を備えることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の交流機。 20.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記高抵抗接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続された1次側を 有する変圧器の2次側に接続された抵抗を備えることを特徴とする請求項18に 記載の交流機。 21.前記接地手段は、前記巻線を高インダクタンス接地するための手段を備 えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 22.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記高インダクタンス接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続され た高インダクタンスのインダクタを備え ることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の交流機。 23.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記高インダクタンス接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続され た1次側を有する変圧器の2次側に接続されたインダクタを備えることを特徴と する請求項21に記載の交流機。 24.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続された1次側を有する 変圧器の2次側に接続されたリアクトルを備え、前記リアクトルは、故障時、容 量性電流が前記リアクトルによってもたらされる誘導性電流の等しい成分によっ て実質的に中和されるような性質を有することを特徴とする請求項1から10の いずれか一項に記載の交流機。 25.前記接地手段は、地絡故障に反応してアースに接続するインピーダンス を変えるための手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項 に記載の交流機。 26.前記接地手段は、能動回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10 のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 27.前記接地手段は、前記交流機の回路網側に接続されたY−Δ結線の変圧 器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 28.前記接地手段は、前記交流機の回路網側に接続されたいわゆる千鳥形結 線接地変圧器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載 の交流機。 29.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記接地手段は、n次高調波に同調した抑圧フィルタを備えることを特徴 とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項 に記載の交流機。 30.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記接地手段は、n次高調波に同調しない切り換え可能な抑圧フィルタを 備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 31.前記n次高調波段は3次高調波であることを特徴とする請求項29また は30に記載の交流機。 32.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記接地手段は、前記中性点とアースとの間に接続された過電圧保護器を 備えることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の交流機。 33.中性点を利用することができるようなY結線の巻線を有する交流機にお いて、前記過電圧保護器は、前記接地手段と並列に前記中性点とアースとの間に 接続されることを特徴とする請求項18から31のいずれか一項に記載の交流機 。 34.請求項1から33のいずれか一項に記載の交流機の少なくとも1つを備 える配電または送電網。
