Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.顕微鏡で多軸観察を行うための偏光装置において、顕微鏡の対物レンズと顕 微鏡の焦点面との間に光束偏光装置があり、そして、ある場合には、一つ以上の 光線で試料をいくつかの側から照射することが可能で、および/または一つ以上 の光線で試料をいくつかの側から観察することが可能で、またある場合には、光 の照射軸に対しある角度で試料を観察することが可能であることを特徴とする顕 微鏡の多軸観察用偏光装置。 2.前記装置が顕微鏡の光軸に関して回転可能なことを特徴とする請求項1に記 載の偏光装置。 3.照射軸と観察軸の間の角度が約90度をなしていることを特徴とする前述の 請求項のいずれかに記載の偏光装置。 4.照射軸と観察軸の間の角度が可変であることを特徴とする前述の請求項のい ずれかに記載の偏光装置。 5.二つの光束光路が、顕微鏡の対物レンズの焦点で同一線上にあり、したがっ て光が正反対方向から到達するか、または正反対方向から観察可能となるように 偏光されることを特徴とする前述の請求項のいずれかに記載の偏光装置。 6.光学要素が変更可能および/またはスライド可能であることを特徴とする前 述の請求項のいずれかに記載の偏光装置。7.前述の請求項のいずれかによる偏 光装置を具備した顕微鏡において、特に共焦点光走査型顕微鏡。 8.それが蛍光顕微鏡であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の顕微鏡。 9.顕微鏡が投光および/または反射光の観察目的のために設けられていること を特徴とする請求項7に記載の顕微鏡。
